I liked how everything was in one space, and there was a fridge, kitchenette with cutlery/cups/glasses/cookware and a kettle etc

the air conditioner targets only one area, so one bed area is very warm while the other bed area is very cold. also, very unhappy to be woken up at 5:30am on our last day as we could hear the cleaner in the next apartment over. walls are very thin and we could hear her doing the dishes and hoovering and moving things around, this would be fine but 5:30am is not acceptable.

The staff was exceptional and the location was amazing. I stayed in this room with my family of 4 which included 2 teenagers. The apartment has the best location as soon as you step out to the street you're greeted by luxury designer stores. Shopping and the famous Milan duomo is all within walking distance. I honestly was blown away by the location it exceeded our expectations.

The only con I would have is the pull out couch was broken so kids were a bit uncomfortable sleeping on it.

- undescribable smell - mix of mold and sewerage; - cleaniness "0" - mold, hairs, hair pins near the bed on top level, - insects, all over insects, thousands of them; - no ventilation, the portable airconditioner makes terrible noise, works only 1/2 of the surface and does not cool below 25 degrees, which actually gives very little effect when in this unventilated 30 sq.m. room are 4 people and outside 35 degrees; - again insects - it's like horror movie; - 4 persons, only 2 pillows; - broken blinds, - the "garden view" actually means you don't have normal windows, you can see from one window dirty backyard; - hygiene should be checked by authorities, this is below any acceptable boundaries. The worsed place I have ever stayed. Congratulations to host - you made it!
