Art Hotels are all the rage and we have created one just because of who we are – meaning that as artists we have included our original art - paintings, photographs, sculpture and art furniture - in the space offered for short-term rental. Prime Location Downtown Roanoke / Loft-Style Apartment / Free Onsite Parking next to building / NOT a generic condo in an apartment building / 950 sq ft/ Well Designed as an Urban Getaway with a private Bedroom and an Open Plan Living / Dining / Kitchenette. It is a Modern, Spacious, and Comfortable, Private Apartment, with 15 foot Ceilings and Artistic Character, on the Ground Floor of our Historic 1906 Building. Since the Space is in the center of our building it does NOT have windows, however there are French Doors that open to the Lobby that is filled with light / The Apartment is very ambient with lots of lighting sources and mirrors. This is a Great space for Business & Vacation Travelers • You can Walk to restaurants, bars, museums, parks, outdoor activities and cultural events. Or if you prefer you can just hang out in the apartment and watch Netflix on Apple TV. • While it is an independent self-sufficient space - we are only a text away. • We pamper our guests with 100% linen bedding and comfy down in the Winter, fluffy towels and organic products, memory foam mattress and 100% linen sheets. The Private, Peaceful Bedroom has an Inviting and Restful Queen Bed, Great Lighting for reading in Bed and a view of the TV. • The Living Room is a comfortable lounge area with a Flat screen TV which has local channels and Netflix. There are two comfy couches in the Living Room one of which is a very comfortable Queen Sofa Bed. The kitchenette has Stainless Steel worktable, Counter Top Toaster Oven, Counter Top Large Single Burner Hot Plate, Microwave, Under Counter Refrigerator, Electric Tea Kettle & Electric Coffee Maker. The Bath is in Two Separate Rooms - 1st is Shower Room with a large mirror (and great water pressure) & 2nd is Toilet Room with a Hand Sink and a large mirror. • Free Onsite Parking next to building • Central Air • Ceiling Fans • Heated Floors • Fast Free Wifi We have one security camera in the Lobby facing the exterior door and one security camera at the top of the second floor stairs. Both will be on during your stay. Exterior cameras are in the parking lot and outside the exterior door. Cameras are always on. We look forward to hosting you.

Just a quick getaway for my wife and I. Perfect size and location for want we needed. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping as well as museums. Cosy apartment was clean and well furnished. Parking is convenient once you figure it out. All in all a great weekend!

Enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk to downtown restaurants. On-site parking a plus. Only 15-20 minute car ride to Roanoke College. We will stay here again.

Needed a place to stay close to the hospital while I figured out the area. I was literally 5 mins from the hospital and in the middle of downtown. The sqft was more than I expected. The kitchen was perfect for what I needed. The vibe was awesome because it’s something I always wanted to stay in. I’d definitely stay again and recommended to travel nurses looking for a central safe place to stay. I would have loved to stay for my contract.

This was a great apartment for our quick weekend in Roanoke - plenty of room to not feel like a cramped hotel room. Suzun was a wonderful host and was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the listing photos. Directions were very clear and easy to understand.

It was a treat to be able to stay downtown this trip. We were in walking distance of the Market Square bars, eateries, and quaint shops. My brother and I were there to visit my daughter and her family. The condo was ready and accessible when we arrived. The directions to the location were clear. Our hosts have furnished the space with many pieces of art which are fascinating. The Master Bedroom and pullout sofa were sufficient and very comfortable for our stay. I appreciated the fact that the bathroom and shower room were separate. All of the amenities are provided. Linens were fresh and clean, beds were both made up. The open kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, and stoneware. The host was very responsive to my questions particularly with regard to location and parking. I enthusiastically recommend this Listing and this Host.

We enjoyed staying here. It's a bit tricky to find the first time...at night, but after that first try it's easy. Parking next to the unit was a plus. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Convenient to restaurants and most of what downtown has to offer.

Great get-away that is so much more homey than a hotel - I came for a conference at the Roanoke Hotel, and I am so glad I stayed - it was close to the hotel as well as downtown, and so much more relaxing and inviting than a hotel room. Loved the place! I would definitely recommend!

Great experience location etc. just 2 suggestions. Need a rug to go under the bathroom sink and on those same lines need a bigger bathroom sink that has a drain stopper almost gave up and shaved in the kitchen sink. Other than that a great weekend in Roanoke for Go Cross!

We stayed for two nights to break up a drive from NJ to TN and visit Roanoke for the first time. The apartment is in a great location, comfortable, modern, and clean. Suzun was great with communication during our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze.

I can't say enough about how awesome this condo is! As another reviewer said, the photos in the listing don't really do it justice ... just a delightful place to spend a few days. The artwork was eclectic and varied. A wide variety of books are there to enjoy .... from novels to photography to vegan subjects. The furnishings (couches, table, chairs) are in great shape, comfortable, and high quality. The kitchen items as well ... high quality flatware and dishes. A delightful selection of mugs to pick from, and coffee as well as a variety of teas are provided. The bath towels were super thick and plentiful, and the owner provided smaller towels for face and hands. Also provided were some nice high end shampoo and conditioner. And everything was spotlessly clean. Don't let the lack of windows put you off ... there was plenty of light, well positioned throughout the entire condo. Combined with well placed mirrors, high ceilings, and white walls, I never felt "closed in". Plus, that lack of windows means at night, there was no disturbing nighttime lights from outside disrupting my sleep. I loved the downtown location, and Suzun provided a very thorough "what to do and where to go" manual.
