This is a luxury family home with 3 bedrooms . Room number 1 including 1 king bed, room number 2 including 1 queen bed room number 3 including 2 full beds . 2 bathrooms . Huge outdoor space . 5-10 min to The Carolina Mall and shopping centers and 10 min to Ballantyne Hotel & Spa , Ballantyne golf course , as well as exclusive shopping center ,restaurants and movie theater , 35 minutes drive to uptown Charlotte and panthers stadium
For our home security and safety, we have installed cameras outside the house in the front and backyard. For guest privacy, there are none inside the home. If the cameras are unplugged or covered without notifying the host, guests will be charged a $1000 fine and the police will be contacted for further investigation.

Very clean, comfortable, and convenient property in Fort Mill. We appreciated the great communication and the ease of check-in / check-out. Alan was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again in a future trip to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo listing this past week. The house was spacious, modern, and incredibly comfortable—truly everything we could have hoped for. Its location was perfect for all of our activities, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The owner has created a wonderful space, and we appreciated the care and attention to detail throughout. Highly recommended!

This house has been wonderfully remodeled. All the rooms were thoughtfully designed and furnished. And if your a TV addict, you've got plenty. Alan was a fantastic host and had evrything ready for us. It really did feel like our own home. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone!
