Good

for the price we paid for this hotel/app c.a. 3 weeks over 3000 euro`s cleaning should have been 2 x time`s a week! also the people working there none spoke Dutch or very bad englisch! we had ones a fire alarm and we where not informed why this happend!! location is very good easy to get around

Excellent accomodation, highly recommended

Awesome hotel, with perfect rooms, super clean, well equipped, very friendly staff. The room that we had has a living room with a confy sofa bed, a small kitchen fully equiped (latest kitchen appliances😉), a separate bedroom with a king size super comfortable bed, a huge bathroom (for accomodation in Europe😀). There were also laundry services, very easy to use by installing an app and top up with the desire amount. A supermarket was very close by. Getting to the city was just 6 min ride by train from Sloderjik Station whic was right across to the hotel. Definetely it is a highly recommended place to stay, as price, comfort and location are super top for the accomodation value for money in such an expensive city like Amsterdam😀

Superb

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice equipped kitchen, good location.

not enough dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, low internet speed, poor cleaning quality; also laundry costs 5.50€ but you only can top up the app for laundry minimum for 20€ and loose other money

It was fine

It was clean also the location is good as it is close to big station

It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel to be honest! It was 100% self service by taking our luggage from lobby and bring the hotel bag trolley from Mercure ''hotel next door'' and I had to push it across to my hotel and take it by myself to 5th floor , It was weird to us to be honest! Want us to empty our bins and clean the room before we leave, OK we always clean our room when we leave a hotel but not that detail to empty trash and switch on the dishwasher, this brings a question, where is the housekeepers? who I saw working around the corridors ?

This flat was super close to the train station in the Western part or Amsterdam (Sloterdejik) Availability of an own kitchen to prepare and cook food!

The bed room very small that you can't put your bag also the living room.the sofa bed just box and can't be used without moving it toward the wall and the room service not liking that we moved it though at the end wr returned it back no washing machine in the room.

Great hotel - deposit never released

Great location, great apartment. Exactly what we needed.

Still waiting for our £100 deposit an entire month later - no reply to our emails about this either.

A Decent Hotel Apartment

Cozy Apartment, Close to all public transports, Comfy beds even the sofa bed.

The bathroom should have a hand soap dispenser instead of a soap bar, The dishes and utensils weren't as clean as i'd expected them to be.

The staff was accommodating and the place is easy to get to.

It was a bit dusty and for someone who has really bad nose allergies, it was uncomfortable.

Good location, near a big station, where there is Tram, Metro, Train n Bus services.

we can't control the temperature in the room. And it feels stuffy, no air circulation. if you want some fresh air , you have to open the windows.

Impression of my staying in Citadines

The fact dat you're able to do your own cooking as at home is a winner. Being almost next to the train station was very nice. We were in the City in 10 minutes.

They have guide the visitor in there room, check if everything is working and explain how it works.

A great and affordable long-stay

Very close to sloterdijk station, very comfortable to stay and dine in. Good value for money. Quiet neighborhood.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay. It could be better. Especially, i would like to thank all the staff for their interest

Room was big enough for 3 people. Brand new products and well decorated. Stuff was so smiling, friendly and helpful. Very close to train station

We stayed 9 nights and had cleaning service only once. It can be considered as a long stay and price is not low. It must be cleaned at least in every 3 days. There was no water in the room when we arrived. There must be at least 1 bottle of water. We were asked to throw away the trash on departure or we can’t get the deposit back. This is something I’ve heard for the first time. It was very unreasonable for the garbage to be thrown away by the guests. Even hostels don’t want this from you and Citadine is luxury place.

Basic and satisfying

Quite area outside of the city center. 20 minutes tram line 19" to reach the center ring. The station is 3 minutes of walking distance. The towels soap and other disposable are free in a customer service room on each floor. Public parking ( near the bus station ) gate was broken so we save 4E per day :) Small but nice kitchen

Lack of basic kitchen amenities - To add more plates ... spoons etc ... it's very easy to make the stay comfortable Any way we can use the dishwasher , so it's strange to have only 3 spoons 4 plates and 4 cups for 3 person ? The bedroom mattress base on wheels ?? Very dark living room - not critical at all , but over the eating table one small headlamp it's very strange

Modern hotel, friendly staff

The hotel is very modern and staff very professional and helpful. It has a very good location, you can arrive to it with the train directly from airport, and also you can get the subway to the city center. The breakfast was very good, and we also had good kitchen facilities in the room (electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher)

The room was supposed to be cleaned Thursday for our one week stay. We asked at the reception if the room was cleaned, they confirmed it was cleaned, but it was not done. We had ask to ask again at the reception and was done the next day. I think the cleaning staff is also a little overwhelmed by the large number of rooms. The checkout procedure is not very friendly, you have to take all your trash bags to the underground parking garage, you have to put all the dishes into dishwasher and clean them, you have to throw everything from refrigerator. I mean, for a four star modern hotel, the cleaning staff should be able to do this with no problem.

Superb

Great location, just a few minutes by walking from the Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station. Clean and very well isolated from noises. Staff was very nice and welcoming. We would repeat!
