Excellent location in a new district with all possible means of transport nearby. Very easy to get to Noord, center, airport and Zaandam. A nice supermarket across the road. The hotel has a reception desk, elevator and amenities room on the 4th floor with toilet paper, dishwasher capsules, towels, etc. which you can replenish yourself. There's also a paid self-service laundry on the -1 floor that works with an app. Weekly housekeeping (every Saturday) is included in the price. Garbage containers are inside the hotel on the -1 floor. The pillows are of high quality. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
It's a bit of a pain to get to the southern part of the city. Lighting in the living room/kitchen isn't thought through — the room is very dimly lit. There is a useless metal shelf dangling from the ceiling right above the kitchen sink and cooking area and there's no light there whatsoever. There's a couple of lamps near the apartment's door, a very dim lamp over the dining table, but in the area where you prepare your meals — there's nothing (see photo). If you need to do something at the dining table (beside eating), then again — there's too little light there. The apartment also has very little natural light which makes lack of proper artificial lighting particularly problematic. The frying pan is so cheap that the bottom is warped (probably from the heat), and the non-stick coating isn't non-stick at all. The bed isn't attached to the headboard and slides on the floor very easily. So if you sit in bed with your back against the headboard, the bed slides forward leaving quite the gap :) So you can't really sit in bed like that. The mattress is very firm. On one of the photos you can see a thick layer of coconut coir or something similar right at the surface. The management says that all mattresses are equipped with a soft topper, but this 1-cm-thick blanket-like thing cannot be considered one (see photo). To compensate all this coir, there needs to be at least 5–7 cm of soft foam as a topper. All pillows are huge and high. One of the photos shows maximum water flow of the bathroom tap. There's no toaster and washing machine/dryer in the apartment. Not enough cutlery and mugs to use the dishwasher once a day. While the coffee table looks cool, it is VERY easy to topple over. Having a non-slip rubber mat for the shower and children's step stool would be really nice.

There’s so much to like about this hotel and location. 😊 I looked at dozens of hotels, but opted for the Sloterdijk area as it gave me access to trains, tram 19, buses, and the metro in moving around Amsterdam. I would definitely stay there again after utilizing all that transport over seven days.
The staff are excellent, every single person I met was welcoming and helpful. They truly want you to have a great experience, and I did! Well laid out apartment, excellent shower, linens and towels, comfortable sitting area and kitchen, and high quality washing machines/dryers downstairs. A brand new Jumbo grocery store had just opened right across the street, great selection and ability to stop on the way back to the hotel each day.
You will not regret staying here, in fact, I’ve tried to book it again for the night before I fly home… but it’s sold out for weeks! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
My only complaint was the mattress. Too hard!

The train station near
The bed room very small that you can't put your bag also the living room.the sofa bed just box and can't be used without moving it toward the wall and the room service not liking that we moved it though at the end wr returned it back no washing machine in the room.
