About this house rental
Only a short distance from Route 20A on the north west corner of Lake Conesus, this family oriented vacation home has easy access, with parking for 3 cars or 2 cars and a boat trailer. The house is immaculate & very clean, recently remodeled. Sleeps 7 guests comfortably. (Please bring your own towels, linens and pillow cases): Bedroom 1 (main level) queen bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control. Bedroom 2 (main level) full bed w/nightstands & closet. Central AC/heat with room control. Bedroom 3 (upstairs) queen bed w/dresser & closet. Central AC/heat with room control. Family Game room (upstairs) fold-out full futon sofa w/end tables . Central AC/heat with room control. Bathrooms: There are two full baths: one downstairs with shower, one upstairs with tub/shower. Kitchen: The kitchen was totally renovated several years ago. It has a modern glass top electric stove/oven, polished silstone counter top, breakfast bar and dining nook. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. You will find a full set of dishes, glasses, pots/pans and utensils. If you do specialty cooking, you may want to bring your favorite utensil. Please bring your own paper products. Living Room & Dining Area The spacious living room looks out on the patio and lake. Enjoy the view. If you're there in the fall or spring, you may enjoy the fireplace. Our bookcase has lots of reading material for your pleasure. The living room also contains the dining area with a table for seating 10. The breakfast nook is good for a morning cup of coffee. Convenient Washer & Dryer Our utility room has a new washer and dryer for your convenience. Bring your favorite laundry soap. Extra Amenities If you're not using our 100 ft dock for swimming and boating or sunbathing, you may enjoy our family room with high speed internet, wifi throughout house, DVD player and 65 inch flat screen TV with cable service. What else? A game table for playing cards and an exercise bike are there for evening enjoyment or rainy day play.

Fantastic. Plenty of space with game room and a great room with avery nice view of the lake. Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping area.
Water is shallow for kids to play in although this year there was a pretty good amount of seaweed.
Shane, as property manager, services were excellent.

We've stayed at cottages on Conesus Lake about six times now and this one is our favorite. Rich, our property manager, was just great and made us feel right at home. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the neighborhood was quiet and perfect for bike riding.

Property manager was great. House was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately, for the price you pay you must bring your own linens, towels, toilet paper and paper towels. traveling from out of state, and paying that price was ridiculous. I have rented for many years on the lake and never ever did I have to bring all my own linens and towels. The property manager was kind enough to leave towels for us. Kitchen also doesn't have any condiments. Make sure you head to the store before entering the house!!!

This property was perfect for our lake week away. Our children could spend the night or easily return to Rochester. Robert was very responsive and easy to work with, and his manager, Rich, was immediate in responding to anything we needed. The house had lots of room for gathering and the easy access to the lake was great. Our kids liked paddling to the sandbar to explore, or just float around and play right in front of the house. We plan to return next year!

The rental experience was way beyond our expectations! Everything that we needed was in the house and it was very clean. The property manager is great and was available if I needed him. This was one of the best vacations that we have had!!

Everything at this location was great, once we booked we were given clear details for our arrival and their manager Rich was very helpful and a great guy, the house is beautiful and was perfect for our family and friends to enjoy the lake for a few weeks.

We had everything we needed at this home. Tv was a little difficult to work, even for the kids who are fantastic with electronics. Great place to stay. Would stay again for sure!!

The location was great. The game room was great. The kitchen was very well equipped. We have family that live on the lake.
However, there was a very musty smell to the bedrooms downstairs, which caused issues with allergies for my daughter and I, she and her family left early after only 4 nights. We left after 5 nights...it was too much. Upon returning home everything in our luggage smelled musty too. I don't know if the ac's needed to be cleaned or filters changed, but it was bad.
Also there was no shade or curtains in the downstairs bathroom, and the very close neighbor's windows were directly across from us...that was uncomfortable.
The weed mat at the end of the dock was pulled up, so we couldn't get a deep hull boat to the dock. It was like that when we arrived, and Rich made us aware of it THEN and said it needed to be fixed, but we didn't know of it beforehand...so my brother couldn't pull his boat in. That was very inconvenient.
We feel the owner should have resolved all these issues before we arrived, our experience was disappointing.

This home met all our needs and more. It was very very clean and the renovations were are so nice. The neighborhood was great and being right on the lake was awesome!!!
