Super zentral, tolle Aussicht, allerdings kalt und laut.

Sehr zentral gelegen, easy check in. Es war ziemlich kalt im Apartment, der Besitzer hat allerdings sofort jemanden organisiert der uns den Schrank aufsperrt, damit wir weitere Decken herausnehmen konnten.

Die Lage. Es war zwar sehr zentral und man hatte einen super Blick, allerdings war den ganzen Tag bis spät Nachts Halligalli genau unter unserem Fenster, mit zum Teil sehr lauter Elektro Musik (in Richtung Schranz, muss man mögen)... Zusätzlich war das Zimmer eiskalt, es war aber generell relativ kalt in Mexiko City, kälter als üblich, und es gibt in Mexiko einfach keine Heizung. Das Level ist für Europäer sicherlich eher Substandard, da hatten wir uns mehr erhofft. Allerdings gut zu erreichen, sehr zentral und netter Besitzer der schnell weiterhilft.

Excelente departamento en el centro de la ciudad de méxico.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta justo frente a Bellas Artes. El departamento es muy cómodo en general, todo esta limpio y ordenado, se siente un ambiente agradable. Nos encantó la vista, unos amaneceres preciosos en la ciudad de México. Javier estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros, desde la llegada hasta la salida.

Las almohadas me parecieron incomodas y duras.

We loved our stay at this apartment

Great location with a stunning view. The apartment is very nice, clean, and well equipped. It overlooks the Alameda park, the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the historic center. Javier is a wonderful and responsive host. When we needed extra blanket, he came in person to help. He directed us to wonderful sites to visit in the city.

Very good

Superb location! If you like big city life I cannot think of any better place to experience Mexico City. At the 11th floor, overlooking the Alameda park, the historic center and the Mexico City skyline this place is perfect. Lots of space and fantastic view through the many opening windows.

Furniture and (kitchen) outfitting is sufficient but minimal. For such a great space at such a super location one would expect a more complete and luxurious outfit.

Great location!

Location and view are one of the best we've had in Mx City. Loved it! We felt very safe and host was accommodating in letting us drop off luggage before check in time.

The sofa bed for the third person is not very comfortable.

Great, if you can manage a meetup with the host upon arrival.

The views were spectacular. The gym was excellent. The building was modern.

The door code buttons were very finnicky, and did not work many times (especially the first time when the alternate keys were inside the apartment and I had no other way to get in). The host needs to have someone there at arrival to explain to Non Mexicans how things work, especially the oven, the tv, shower hot water (opposite of USA), the safe. The circuit breakers blow if toaster and microwave operate at same time. More blankets are needed, because temperatures drop to 30's F at night. The internet password begins with a lower case L (which looks like an upper case i). A floor mop is needed or just remove shoes when entering apartment.

Though the apartment furnishings and kitchen equipment were barely adequate, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Location and view were fantastic. Good value. Clean. Comfortable bed. Host was quick to respond. It felt very safe and secure. Helpful door staff.

The couch and chair were not comfortable to sit on. Apartment was chilly overnight. We couldn’t find an extra blanket. The security box didn’t work. I could only find two channels of regular television to watch. (In fairness, I did not ask host for more instructions.) Coffee pot didn’t work right. No paper towels in kitchen. Shower head needs cleaning to spray better.

The location and the view are wonderful. Javier and his brother are very kind and responsive. Also proactive in reaching out prior, during and after

The noise. There is a band on the street and then very loud music from one of the venues next door. It went until 2:00 am in the morning

You need to have a little Spanish to negotiate entering the building a talking the the man on the door. It was bit stressful. The apartment is in the middle of the busy city and very noisy most of the time. But you get used to it and the music usually stops around 3am.

Our first Mexico City trip

You cannot beat the location of this apartment. It is literally in the middle of the action! The 2 side apartment walls are windows so the view is amazing. It was so fun be able to watch the fun happening on the ground from 11 stories up. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has pretty much all you need. There is a big tv as well as plenty of space to spread out (there were 4 of us). Communication with the owner was good considering our lack of Spanish. My son used the gym twice and was happy to have one. He said it had all the equipment he needed.We felt very safe in this apartment with the front door man and the security measures taken.

I wish that the pull out bed was big enough for 2 people. The pull out fits one and there is an air bed available. (Super easy to pump up though!). Also the lighting could easily be improved with a couple additional bed/side lamps to help with reading at night. We ran out of toilet paper and there were no paper towels. The cleaning sponges were old/used. A coffee maker would be great! Also the safe was not working.

NO AC

Full size kitchen with utensils

I have to do this review so other don’t get disappointed as I was. First of all and most importantly this unit has no AC. Extremely hot day and night. Owner has place a stand fan but honestly for those who have been in Mexico should know how the heat could be. This information is not listed clearly in the description on purpose. I contacted the owner and he said that there is no place where it mentions that AC is provided so I can’t complaint. I told him to put this information on the main description and he said that if he would he should also put that there Is no Jacuzzi, heliport and stuff like that, just being sarcastic. Really frustrating. When it comes to the shower I would say that it could possible be a hazard, water gets extremely hot and cold without even touching the handle, so having a relax shower wasn’t posible at all. This accommodation is a way too OVERRATED. There is no Lujo (Luxury) whatsoever. Location and a full size kitchen may be the only 2 major pluses.
