Nestled in Gatlinburg, this attractive house for $299 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Current Cancellation and Change Policies.............please see below. We are continuing to offer a more generous policy should your travel plans need to change. We have adjusted our cancellation policy from a 30-day notice down to a 14-day notice. Therefore, you will have the option to cancel your reservation and receive a FULL refund if you cancel at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. If a 14-day notice is just not possible, you may reschedule your dates within one year. We understand that sometimes things do not always go as planned. Comfort, convenience, charm, and elegance best describe this beautiful, newer vacation home with amazing, picturesque views overlooking downtown Gatlinburg and Mt. LeConte. A bright, open floor plan provides for a very spacious feel with large rooms and three master-like suites. The main level great room boasts an abundance of large windows offering spectacular views and a 70-inch television to enjoy your favorite shows with a modern, electric fireplace. Downstairs you will find a second gathering room with a 65-inch television plus two futons and a twin bed. This two-story vacation retreat sleeps 11 guests with three King size beds, one twin bed, two full-size futons, and one queen sleeper. You will find new, high-quality furniture and cable television in all the rooms For your dining experience and convenience, you will have all stainless steel appliances in the huge, inviting kitchen with a massive dining island. In the morning, you can choose either the regular brew coffeemaker or the pod-style brew coffeemaker. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils plus you will have a crockpot, blender, and a (propane) gas grill. A fully screened-in expansive balcony makes for a great outdoor space and year-round enjoyment. You will be delighted to find easy, flat-covered parking and a circular driveway lined with lights at this spacious getaway! Located mountainside behind the world-famous Ripley's Aquarium, this home is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smokies Mountain National Park, Ober Gatlinburg, Rocky Top Sports World, and Gatlinburg's newest attractions, Anakeesta and the Skybridge. Blake Shelton's "Ole Red" bar & restaurant is only minutes away as well and features live music and a wide variety of delicious foods. A view of the new SkyBridge is only a few minutes walk (Tickets and bridge access are from DOWNTOWN ONLY) This 680-foot bridge is the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the United States. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are only a short 10-15 minute drive. And, be sure to visit one of the area's hidden treasures, the Tennessee Museum of Aviation where you will find 50,000 sq. ft. of military vehicles, aircraft engines, aviation exhibits, trainers, fighters, helicopters, jets, and amphibious aircraft to definitely satisfy the interest of “Warbird” fans.

Very spacious and great view and close to downtown Gatlinburg. The whole family loved the house. Spent lots of time on the large screened in deck. Even saw a bear run through the driveway.

The host is outstanding at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. Just an absolutely wonderful experience from host to accommodations. A perfect 10!

Just as the name implies, as moment you open the door the incredible view of the mountains greets you. The house is also amazing- large open floor plan on the upper level, additional bedrooms with full baths on the lower level. All bed rooms had walk in closets and supplied hangers. There is also a laundry room which we didn’t use but may come in handy for others. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, drink ware, silverware, cooking utensils and even spices for cooking. Our host, Sabrina, responded immediately to any questions and was very accommodating. The house is well furnished and nicely decorated, however the star of the show is the deck - we spent many hours out there!!

This house was perfect....we stayed 5 nights this month (September 2023) with two other couples. I personally booked the house and we were all thrilled that the place was exactly like the photos.
The view was spectacular -- I loved the night view with all the lights below in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked with "anything" we needed and more! Actually, the house had everything we might need (extra blankets, pillows, washer and dryer, etc.) The furniture and beds were very comfortable as was the seating on the screened-in deck.
The location was just as described and worked well for us. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
I must mention that Sabrina was a pleasure to work with when making the reservation and with subsequent communciations! Thank you, Sabrina!

We had a truly wonderful stay! I was traveling with my husband, 2-year-old daughter and my parents. I asked Sabrina if they had a crib (it would have been painful to take a pack-and-play with us on a flight) and she actually purchased a brand-new one for us!
Overall the house is in a great location with stunning views of the area. Everything was clean and well thought-out, I can’t recommend it enough!

We were three generations. The Grandview was perfect. We had lots of rain but stayed busy. The large porch was a hit. We spent most of our time out there. We traveled around seeing the sights and looking for bears and saw none. THEN when we went outside this morning there was a momma bear and her cub playing in our driveway What a treat!!

First let me say how AMAZING this house and the view are!! It was very comfortable from the patio furniture to the beds!! The house provided way more than we ever imagined. Although, I would point out that if you are hauling a trailer the switchbacks make it nearly impossible and although google maps shows ample space to get to and maneuver around the house, this is not the case. There is a sign that says “No Buses’” but we were thinking for other reasons. That was our bad. We only mention so others don’t make the same mistake we did. We HIGHLY recommend this home if you are visiting Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg!! You won’t be disappointed. It is also equipped to accommodate those with disabilities!! The owners are super sweet and respond quickly to answer any questions. Don’t pass this one up!!

This is an amazing property, was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful view of downtown Gatlinburg. Our family of seven spent a week at this property. Plenty of room for everybody. Screened in porch was nice for an early morning cup of coffee or a late night drink to watch sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay again. I’ve stayed in many properties rented via VRBO, and this is probably the cleanest and most luxurious I’ve stayed in. Beautiful views, the screened in porch was fabulous, communication with owners was easy and prompt. The location was perfect for us to easily go downtown or to go into the park to hike, and we were close enough to down for pizza delivery or takeout which we enjoyed on the deck out front in the evenings. The house was well stocked with amenities, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Definitely one I would recommend to others and stay in again!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There is plenty of space to spread out and enough seating to accommodate everyone! The fully screened in porch was a big hit for the views, but also it was a great place for our child to play nearby while the adults prepared dinner. The kitchen is spacious and fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and even some spices. One of our family members is in a wheelchair and she had no issues accessing what she needed. We have already booked another stay in this house, we love the location and the views so much.
