Nestled in Milan, this lovely condo for $192 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Located on high floor of a chic and elegant building, this spacious non-smoking apartment will welcome you in a refined, warm and restful atmosphere, with a typical milanese contemporary design style. Enjoy its panoramic living room with a stunning 180C ° view (very rare in the heart of Milan), its modern bathroom, its high-tech design kitchen and its top quality kind size bedroom (large 160 cm). For your well-being, it is equipped with every comfort: high-speed wi-fi internet connection, centralized heating (from mid-October to mid-April) and Centralized Air Conditioning (only from mid-June to mid-September), flat screen TV, hi-fi sound system, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and so on. In addition, english, russian, french and italian books, and CDs are available to you. You will also find basic ingredients to cook a good meal at home, as well as towels and bed linen. A free parking space in the same building is also included (if you plan to arrive by car, please inform me). It will be a pleasure to host you.

This is a wonderful property! Alberto, our host, was exceptionally helpful. He gave us lots of information on Milan (places to visit, places to eat, etc.). He even gave us a recommendation for our trip to Lake Como after our time in Milan.
this apartment is beautiful, with an amazing 180 degree view of Milan. The unit is well appointed. It is about 1 km from the Duomo, and very quiet.

"We had a wonderful stay in the appartment in the Naviglio-Ticcinese district. It is perfectly situated in the historic area of Milan with not only a convenient supermarked in the same building, but also lots of nice local shops like bakery, organic vegetables, butcher and fishmarket in the near neighbourhood.
The owner Andrea, is helpful both before arrival and when welcoming you, and makes his best to give advice on activities and nearby commodities of all kinds.
The appartment is very well equipped and even has a huge bathroom with a nice tub perfect for relaxing the feet after long days strolling around the city.
The view from the window is the best I have ever experienced from an appartment in Milan and the neighborhood nice and safe.
I highly recommend this appartment.

È perfettamente situato nel centro storico di Milano, non solo con un comodo ipermercato nello stesso edificio, ma anche dei bei negozi locali come panetteria, ortaggi biologici, macelleria e pescheria nel quartiere vicino.
Il proprietario Andrea, è utile sia prima dell''arrivo che una volta arrviati a Milano, e fa del suo meglio per dare consigli su attività e prodotti di base nelle vicinanze di tutti i tipi.
L''appartamento è molto ben attrezzata e ha anche un enorme bagno con una bella vasca ideale per rilassare i piedi dopo lunghe giornate passeggiando per la città.

The host is very helpful in providing information and suggestions for visitors to the city and surrounding areas. We loved the view to St Lorenzo which is floodlit all night and can be seen while lying in bed.
The convenience of a well stocked supermarket in the base of the building can not be overstated. We would strongly recommend this property for a couple who prefer to live in a home rather than camp in a hotel during their stay in Milan.

Alberto’s apartment checked all the right boxes. The apartment was even better than the photos suggested. The location was just about perfect. Close to the canal restaurant row, close to the Porta Ticinese. Near the Darsena. My wife and I rented bikes from bike-mi and found bike stands within 5 min walks from the apartment. Alberto was very helpful when we were trying to arrange the stay, and very receptive to last minute changes in plans. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Extraordinary experience in sixth floor beautifully remodeled convenient Milan neighborhood.
From beginning to end, Alberto made our visit easy and comfortable. He provided extra information and communication ahead of our arrival, and checked to make sure everything was going smoothly, answering any questions we had. The neighborhood was out of the central area but convenient to everything, by walking or tram or metro. The apartment was eye catching in its design and utility. It was a unique experience and I would go there again in a heartbeat.

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the location and terrific neighborhood! Alberto was very helpful in answering our many questions and offering terrific recommendations for restaurants and places to see/things to do. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Excellent endroit, extrêmement propre et beau!
Notre hôte n’a pas pu nous accueillir mais à arrangé pour qu’une personne soit présente à notre arrivé. Notre hôte nous a quand même parlé et texté pour voir si tout était à notre goût ou si on avait des questions. L’emplacement de l’appartement est ok, mais se trouve à 20 minutes de marches pour se rendre au principales attractions. Pas un problème pour nous. N’hésitez pas!

Great Place to Stay
Very clean, quiet, has AC, attentive and responsive property manager, great location, well equipped, grocery next door, great neighborhood restaurants nearby, comfortable bedding/towels, good kitchen and dishware, washer and dishwasher, hair dryer, iron. I would stay here again.

Great location and very helpful host
We had a very pleasant stay in this property, which was conveniently located and spacious. It was an easy 15-20 minutes walk to the Duomo, the Santa Maria delle Grazie (the Last Supper), Naviglio Grande, etc. Alberto is one of the most helpful hosts that we have encountered. Not only provide assistance and answers whenever asked, he made good suggestions to additional interesting (and lesser known) places to visit. Don't forego the opportunity to solicit help from Alberto.
We'd gladly stay at this property again if and when we visit Milan again.

Beautiful flat, great location
My husband and I stayed here for two nights on our honeymoon. The flat was perfect: gorgeous, easily walkable to restaurants and sightseeing. Really nice amenities and decor. The host was very accessible and nice, they were really easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Spacious apartment; great location
We were sad to leave this large, well-furnished apartment in the historic center of Milan. Although there are Metro and tram stops near the apartment, we were able to walk to all the sites we visited. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, where locals far outnumber tourists. The host, Alberto, responded quickly to all questions and offered a lot of tips to help us make the most of our visit to Milan. The views from the apartment are indeed spectacular, as advertised.

Fantastic Apartment in Central Milan
My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is very well located, just steps away from the Navigli canal district where there are tons of fun restaurants and bars. It is also within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions in Milan. Antonio was the most amazingly helpful, responsive and accommodating host. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It was perfect for our visit, and we hope to stay there again when we return to Milan. Thank you for all, Antonio!

Designer paradise!
What a treat: to come to Milan, the center of modern design, and stay in the apartment that is a feast for the eye! The building was constructed in the 60s by a famous architect, but recently renovated with care and thought that is unparalleled: well equipt kitchen, spacious living room with the the view over the campanello , bedroom with comfortable mattress ( unusual for Italy in general), bathroom. And the best part is the hosts Alberto and Florent. They met us right at the gate to garage upon arrival, showed everything in the flat, gave suggestions for the restaurants. Very caring and kind!
The flat is about 20 minutes walk to Duomo, doable if the weather is nice, otherwise Uber is functioning well.
Highly recommend!

Great location with parking
We enjoyed our stay at this property. There is a grocery store next door and a parking place is included in the rental. This is essential in Milan. There are numerous restaurants and the sites are within walking distance. The owner is helpful and was very responsive from the time we booked till we left.

Wonderful classy apartment with amazing hosts
Staying at this apartment with my family proved to be a better experience than we could ever expect.
The apartment itself is in a perfect location; close to the canals, local coffee and food spots, grocery store, and easy to get into town from.
Inside the apartment: It was for sure the cleanest and classiest place I've stayed. Amazing views, a nice layout and comfortable furniture, and any amenity that a person would require. There was not one single part that I would change or ask to be improved - it is top of it's class in a city that oozes composure and world-leading appeal.
The hosts were as best as they get in terms of help regarding local points of interest, restaurants, etc., and amongst the nicest people you can meet.
I highly recommend staying here and wish much success to this property; when I come back to Milan soon, this isn't just my first choice of accommodation, it's my only choice!

Fantastic apartment, matched by fabulous hosts
My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and it was probably the best catered for `apartment we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts provided amazing locations for us to visit plus restaurant tips complete with photos. The apartment itself was incredibly generous, with everything provided and spotlessly clean. It proved a wonderfully quiet retreat after a hectic day sightseeing Milan. We were close enough to the centre to be able to walk in yet far enough to avoid the crowds. Public transport was extremely close if we needed it. We would definitely stay again in the future and can’t recommend the apartment highly enough.

Beautiful. Everything you would want.
Alberto was the best host we have had in any of our travels. The apartment was fantastic with everything you would want. Spacious, clean, safe, close to the metro and walking distance to the center of the city. While on his own vacation Alberto would check in and give us pointers and suggestions for spending our time and all of his ideas were bang on. And Dora, who checked us in, was superb - to the degree of bringing us candles and matches when the electricity went out due to a storm! Our stay in Milan was fantastic. Thank you very much Alberto.

Most comfortable 6 nights of our 4 week trip
Great apartment in a wonderful location within easy walking distance of bars, Cafés, restaurants, the canals and a large market (Sundays and Tuesdays). There's even a supermarket under the building that's open until 1am.
Eveything you could possibly need in a stylish and comfortable apartment with a charming and extremely helpful host.
Air-conditioning works well and an interesting air flow system meant we didn't desicate despite having it running almost constantly as it was hot outside. Endless hot water and great water pressure. We could even login to our Netflix account and watch our favourite TV! Very quiet washing machine and a very luxurious bathroom.
If I went looking for a downside then a clothes dryer would have been handy, however 2 large airers are provided and clothes dry quickly near the windows.
All in all highly recommended and would most definitely stay again.
