This place is in a very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the local beaches. 10 mins to Dania beach. You can walk to fast foods. Walmart is very close if you need to buy anything. John is such amazing Host. He made sure we were okay since day 1. Very kind. Property is very clean and John is always ready to serve in any way he can. He is such a great person inside and outside. As soon as I got to property John was there to greet us. I notice he has a few Plumeria trees. Plumeria is my favorite flower and it has a very special meaning for me. John offered for me to have a few cuttings so I can grow my own Plumeria. This means the world to me. We had a great time in his property. I would go back in a heartbeat. If you are looking for a quiet place that has an amazing location look no further. 1000/100.

Highly recommend! John was absolutely the best! Such a genuine guy who made sure our stay was perfect. From the moment we arrived he made sure to walks us through the place, and even left us some menus of places to order from. The place was super quiet, clean, and cozy. John even woke us up to strawberries and whipped cream! You really don’t meet many people like John anymore. We couldn’t be anymore happy with our decision to stay here.

The property was well cleaned and in a great neighborhood, nice and quiet! John is a great host !! He was very attentive and made you super comfortable!! Will definitely stay again!! This is just brought room for a couple

This property was great. John was a wonderful host. Communication was easy and he was quick to respond with any questions we had. He gave us tips on things happening in the area during our trip and also had menus to the best local takeout/delivery’s restaurants. The property has a hot tub that was immaculate and wonderful! I would absolutely stay here again.

John had everything we needed in one place. He knew my husband has cancer and was getting radiation. He said he cleansed everything including the switches. It smelled great as we opened the door. We laid to sleep after the radiation each day. We felt very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. Cleveland Clinic was so close to drive to each day. He asked several times if we needed anything!

The property is well cared for and maintained by helpful people, the location is centrally located by several transportation systems. It is right next door to a little corner store for anything you need. They are a short walk away from other stores and fast food spots. Only a mile or so to a huge Walmart. The neighborhood it's self is quiet and it is easy to get a good nights sleep.

Eine passable Unterkunft für die, die sich mit dem nötigsten zufrieden geben und keine zu hohen Ansprüche haben. ^^ es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Selbst ein Bügeleisen. kocheinheit mit 2 platten, Pfannen, Topf (ein Topf mehr wäre super^^°) Mikrowelle, Besteck, Gläser, teller, Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, sehr gutes wlan etc. man muss zwar alles im bad aufwaschen, aber wenn man nur zu zweit ist oder viel außerhalb isst, fällt da nicht viel an^^ die Einrichtung ist etwas willkürlich und einiges hat schon kleine Mängel, aber nichts, was einen wirklich stören muss. es wäre schön, wenn der Besitzer im Laufe der zeit in neue Möbel investiert^^ das Bett ist groß und weich, etwas wackelig und ausgelegen, aber wenn mans nicht "übertreibt" wirds halten xD der Kühlschrank ist mega laut aber dafür riesig mit viel Platz auch im Tiefkühlfach. Im bad gibts alles, was man braucht. nur der duschvorhang ist nicht wasserdicht ^^° habe einen neuen Stöpsel gekauft, der besser dicht hält, als der alte. viel spaß damit :D der Besitzer wohnt im gleichen Objekt, ganz vorne. die zwei Einheiten in der mitte sind für uns Gäste und hinten wohnt ein alter mann, den man nicht weiter mitbekommt. es leben dort 2 hunde, die aber keine Bedrohung darstellen. ab und zu hört man sie bellen, aber immer nur mal kurz. also kein Dauerzustand. der außenbereich könnte sauberer sein, aber man wird sich dort eh nicht weiter aufhalten. der whirlpool ist cool aber sehr warm. mit privat-vorhängen zum zuziehen. der besitzter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich gut. immer gut gelaunt, der mann. die Lage ist super, denn Walmart und Restaurants sind ziemlich nah. und direkt neben dem Objekt ist ein kleiner Markt mit Café. auf dessen Dach befinden sich zwar 2 sehr helle Strahler, aber der besitzter hat diese immer zwischen 22 und 23 uhr abgestellt. und rollos gibts ja auch, also kein problem ^^ also wer nicht zu viel geld ausgeben kann oder will, ist hier gut dran. und der Besitzer hat auch promt die Kaution zurückgezahlt, nachdem wir schadenfrei wieder abgereist sind :D check in und out war sehr unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir waren dort 2 wochen und sind gut zurecht gekommen. also für Leute, die ohne Luxus gut leben können, und sich nicht an Einfachheit stören, können hier für einen günstigen preis gut leben. es ist ja so gut wie alles da, was man braucht. ^^

John, our host, epitomizes the words good people. Our trip got off to a very rocky start as the airline we traveled on lost my wife’s suitcase. Upon our arrival and meeting John, we had explained to him what had happened and he could see how upset my wife was as we had not only a wedding to attend the following day, but it was also my wife’s 40th birthday two days later. Within minutes of checking into the room, we had a knock at the door. It was John, who had greeted us with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. You can imagine that turned my wife’s frown upside down. Luckily the airline found and delivered my wife’s suitcase the following day and all was well once again. Two days later, on my wife’s birthday, we had another knock at the door. It was John. He had a key lime pie cake made for my wife with candles and an inscription that read Happy Birthday! We were just completely taken back by his unbelievably gracious hospitality! The room was very clean, organized and everything was exactly as listed in the description. The property is very close to all major highways for easy access to anywhere throughout the state. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you again John, for all of your hospitality. The world would be a better place with more people like you in it. I’d give you six stars if I could!

Great value for price. This property has everything needed and is in a location convenient to the airport and to scenic Ft Lauderdale. John is an exceptional host.

John was an amazing host!! It was my cousin and I birthday and he got us a pie with all of Florida's native fruits. Great host!! I will definitely be back to visit.

We had a great stay here for spring break. The room is big and has everything we needed! It was a great location too, close to everything. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful as well! Definitely more than we bargained for and had a great stay here
