The location of the property is very good, and close to all forms of public transport. The room was also very clean. The staff were very attentive and responded quickly. Also the bed was a very good size.
Our room didn’t have a kitchenette, and didn’t really look like the photos. Also the roadside is very noisy, and being next the front door meant we could hear everyone coming in and out of the property, which was also quite loud. Also the showerhead was a bit high and as I am quite short it was difficult to access it.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access from the airport by metro. There’s a Gourmet Market just a 5-minute walk away, as well as a shopping mall with everything you could possibly need.
The property is very clean, comfortable, and has a special charm that made our stay even more enjoyable. A very special thank you to João, who was always attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay.
I would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended

The location it's great. The apartment nice, but need a bit more warm feeling. The mattress good and comfortable.
Some walls dirty and need more and better pillows. And staff I didn't see anyone to ask for help in this case more and better pillows. More coffee will be nice too
