About this apartment rental
Elegant and bright apartment, recently renovated, located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a typical Florentine building. Featuring a large balcony, equipped with table and chairs, with stunning panoramic view of the historic city center.
The apartment consists of two large rooms with two large beds, two bathrooms with shower, separate kitchen equipped with all you need for cooking, large living room with sofa bed and adjoining dining room.
The apartment is very quiet and has a great location as place near the station of Santa Maria Novella and a short walk from the historic center and the Old Bridge.
Nearby: pizzeria, ice cream shop, ATM, bakery, mini-market, shops and boutiques, restaurants, all types of equipment that will become your stay more enjoyable.
Possibility to park the car in the nearby Garage Europa (about €25 per day) or riverside with parking meter.
CLEANING FEE: € 60.
AIR CONDITIONG on request: € 10 per night.
The indicated price is intended for the whole apartment for 4 guests; from the fifth person is a surcharge of € 15,00 per person.
TOURIST TAX: €6.00 per person per day (except children under 12 years) up to 7 days.
At check in a deposit of € 150.00 could be required and it will be returned at check-out unless any damage.
Accommodates up to six people, plus the ability to add a cot for a child on request.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 19:30. Late check-in (after 19.30) extra fee: of € 30,00. Latest check-in at 21.30.
It's request confirm time of arrival by mail two days before arrival; in the case of travel problems, contact the owner by telephone at least one hour before arrival.

Stefania met us at the foot and explained the entire setup and was very thorough. We loved the place and were easily able to walk to amazing restaurants and museums or catch the tram. We would live to come back sometime and would stay here again.

A very nice apartment in a great location. Easy walking to all of Florence 5 minutes walk from the train terminal steps from the river. The owner is a good communicator and attentive to questions. Nice restaurants nearby, minimal street noise and the apartment is quiet. A WONDERFUL terrace to enjoy a morning coffee and a late afternoon wine.

Apartment was exactly as described, clean, everything operational, no issues throughout the stay. The apartment is about 10-15 mins walk from the main highlights of Florence, very easy to go out and find great places to eat.All comms were clear, check in & check out was very smooth, again no issues at all. The dining area and terrace was particularly good as the sun went down.

Lovely apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were helpful and the apartment was described accurately. My family and I enjoyed our visit to Florence and would stay in this apartment again.
