Located in Port Aransas, this lovely condo for $103 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Studio with 2 Queen beds / 1 bath / first floor / no pets / Parking passes for 2 vehicles Wonderful beachfront condo with 2 queen beds, full kitchen, microwave and nice tub/shower with built in hair dryer. The best part is that it is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of the dunes and ocean from its gulf side gated patio, complete with nice chairs and ottomans. Only 20 feet from the boardwalk to the beach or 50 feet to the refreshing pool. No stairs to climb while bringing in cooler, groceries, clothes and kiddos! Excellent shopping, restaurants plus Whataburger, Sonic, pizzerias or use one of our mony BBQ grill areas to cook out. ***There are some condo owners doing some remodeling and you may hear and see some construction workers during the day*** *Due to recent changes in the VRBO website, VRBO is no longer collecting the correct taxes. They should be collecting 13% taxes (6% for State and 7% for local) but they are only collecting 6% for state. Upon booking travelers will receive an additional payment request for the 7% that is required for local taxes until VRBO corrects the issue.*

We really enjoyed this place; it was quiet and super relaxing. A very short walk to the beach. It was perfect and delightful.

Overall, the property is well maintained, pools are clean, room was clean. However - our unit did not have good AC. We had a studio condo and it had a hotel-type AC unit in the wall. Filters were clean, but unit was NOT cooling the room. Between the heat and humidity, I ended up going to ACE hardware on the island and buying a fan. The room did have a ceiling fan, but it was way too small and completely inadequate for the room, didn't move air at all.

Stayed here with my mom and my little one. It was conveniently located by the beach boardwalk. The after hours security staff was nice and friendly. Looks just like the listing online. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with small children. Probably best for a couple for a brief stay. There wasn’t enough space to place our bags/clothes. No functional dresser, just a closet in the kitchen with a 4x3 chest to place things on or hang up. The visible sheets on the bottom level of the bed needed to be changed-there was a huge brown stain on it. One of the lamps wasn’t working at all. The light on the microwave wasn’t working which is an inconvenience if you need a night light on to get around in the night, which I do for my little one. The glass door is hard to open, you have to lift it up in order to open it to slide it back. The a/c at night didn’t seem to cool enough, my kiddo got hot. We had it set to 62 and it was still warm, but I’m sure the temps in the 100s recently affects that.

This was a week long trip for 2 ladies in our 60's. The 1st floor location was great as was the proximity to the beach. The condo was comfortable & cozy. Parking was great. Wish it had been a bit cleaner, but we could overlook that for all the positives. Would book again!

We have stayed at other Flawless condos on the same property in the past but weren’t planning on going this year but we were able to squeeze in on short notice for our anniversary.
The shower looked updated and I could tell that there had been some issues mentioned in past reviews addressed. Loved that there was ample room to spread out our luggage, and a nice little bistro table to dine at. There’s lots of hooks! To hang your hat, towels, suits, and anything else that needs to dry! Bed was super comfortable. A/C worked incredibly and didn’t hear any of our neighbors.
Didn’t think we’d like being on the first floor but was definitely convenient loading and unloading, and packing in and out to go down to the water which is less than a 5 minute walk away. If you do need to get food or groceries, everything is close and accessible. Went to Coffee Waves for an afternoon pick-me-up and it was delightful!
Recently they’ve added some night lighting to the path leading up to the boardwalk which was a lovely surprise!
The only thing I will mention is the refrigerator door needs to open the other way, and the sides of the fridge need to be cleaned. But 5 stars all around and will definitely be back to this, or another one of Patrick and Natalie’s amazing units! Really don’t have any desire to stay at any other property on the island, this place is perfection.

The apartment had everything our family of four needed and the location was great (quick walk down the boardwalk to the beach). Nice partial view or the ocean (mostly views of sand dunes). With the number of units/guests, I was surprised how quiet it was overnight. I slept great. We didn't have time to use the pool and hardly used the kitchen but they both seemed nice. Great stay!

Such a sweet, quaint and cute place to stay! Right on the beach. Definitely recommend for a great getaway with a family or partner. Can’t wait to return soon!

We had a wonderful time at the condo.Its in a good location#141 with a boardwalk close by leading to the beach. The pool is big and we grilled out using the bbq pits one night. It's in a good location and the interior of the condo was very cute. The sliding door leading to the patio was tough at times to close....other than that minor detail....we had a great vacation!

This was the perfect place to stay while I did some work on the coast! The unit we were in was steps from the private walkway to the beach! Comfortable and clean with a nice little patio to relax. A few small issues were the coffee maker filter housing was a bit gummed up, the sliding glass door was mostly functional unless you opened it too wide (easy to remedy), and last would not recommend the shower to tall people due to the short shower head. The shower and slide door are an excellent trade for how easy it is to get to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay except for a few issues. Sliding glass door was extremely hard to close. Hair dryer kept falling off the wall into the sink. Limited storage space for a stay of 10 days.

When we arrived at 5:15 to place was not ready. We had to leave and come back in two hours. After we moved in we discovered the cable and DVD player did not work. The prior tenant had disconnected everything hooked the TV. Maintenance was able to hook up the DVD player on the second day. Spectrum came out the next day to fix the cable hookup which was completely messed up. There were no stoppers for the bathtub and kitchen sink. Had to go to Ace Hardware to buy two so that we could take baths and wash dished by hand. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and the location was perfect for us. We would like to come back next year but hopefully housekeeping and maintenance will have checked it out before we check in.

I think that if there is a whole list of things that are dirty then on top of that there are cockroaches found multiple times and climbing on the bed this should not be listed. Let alone having no sympathy for the people who stayed and sending generic answers. I think that this property is unacceptable and unhygienic and disgusting. I offered to send pictures to the owner-they didn’t even want them/care. Absolutely horrible

Well, I avoided writing this but since you asked I hope it helps. Mosquitoes were horrible but NOT VBRO's fault. But no storm door on condo and entrance door in the shadows didn't help prevent them from going into dwelling. Meaning with a storm door you could open the outside door and swat them away then enter the front door but that wasn't an option. Lights in the condo coming from the electronic devices like TV and associated devices were very bright in a small room like that. The A/C was very loud in a small room like that. No wash cloth's, too few towels and the security lights from outside facing the ocean came right into the condo. The drape was not adequate to prevent that. There was sand on the floor when we got there.
I'm going try a stand alone house the next time I go so I can hopefully avoid some of these issues.

Based on reviews we were very surprised and disappointed in this stay.
Upon entering our room the sickening smell of maple syrup hit us in the face and a spider greeted us. The dining room table was covered with maple syrup and must have been on the floor. We cleaned with soap and did not make a difference in the smell. The table remained sticky. After cleaning table, counters, and floor with Pinesol then spraying Frebreze on everything there was no change in the smell. It seems the room is saturated in it. And all the cleaning was at our own expense!
There was hair on bathroom counter and door. Don’t even look behind beds, sliding glass door track, outside furniture were dirty. Towels had yellow stains. Maroon bed sheets, it’s well known to use white linens in hospitality. As owner of a short term rental cleanliness and attention to detail is of upmost importance and our reviews are reflective of this.
The positives about this spot is the AC worked well and a good location for the beach.

The property was pleasant and the condos are secure with security checking all vehicles that enter the property. We felt safe and the condo was a comfortable fit for my family.

Beach access was excellent and overall the room was clean and the beds comfy. However we had a communication breakdown the week before my trip, which led to me not having everything I needed to have the best vacation I could have had. When I first booked the condo May 29th (almost 2 months ahead of my arrival), the very first message stated I would get details on check in one week before my arrival, and included my host's phone number. Thanks goodness he included that because eventually I needed to use it! 5 days out I still had not received the check in code/other details so I sent a message through the app. When I did not get a response, I sent another message 3 days out - still no response. I had to leave my home for a business trip nearby, so when the day before my scheduled arrival I still had not gotten the check in code/instructions I texted him and finally got all the info I needed. Unfortunately for me, that's when I found out I should have brought my own beach chairs and beach umbrella. I incorrectly assumed a condo on the beach would come with these, and since I had already left home, I did not bring any and didn't want to go out and buy a whole new set for 4 people (since I did in fact have them at home). That meant when we wanted to hang out on the beach, we had to do so on our beach towels directly on the sand, which is fine for a little while, but for an "older" person with bad joints, it really put a limit on how long I could stay out by the water. If I would have just gotten the info. that I needed the week before as was originally stated, I would have brought everything needed for an excellent vacation.
My only other suggestions would be to upgrade the blender (it was disgusting, I had to clean the outside and wash it thoroughly before using, and then once I tried using it, it did not do a good job of blending the fruits I put in it), provide a new broom/dust pan or swiffer because the current broom is too old to do a good job of sweeping and the dust pan was broken, and possibly add another "3 drawer" dresser (similar to the one closest to the bathroom) for guests who like to unpack.

Last minute weekend trip
If you're looking to spend most of your time at the beach then this location will allow you to do just that. The outdoor shower was an added convenience as well as the pool. We could've stayed at the beach all day but our 3 year old seems to enjoy pools a bit more so it made the day much more enjoyable. A quick drive to coffee, ice cream, lunch and dinner. The only recommendation I have is keeping some sort of Swiffer in the unit to help with the sand and salt once the day is said and done -- 20 year old me wouldn't have said this but mom me would've loved it since it's all tile with no housekeeping.
