Nestled in Port Aransas, this attractive condo for $108 per night is a great option for your next trip. Tastefully decorated Port Aransas condo. Located near the community swimming pool with a spacious balcony overlooking the ship channel. Tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, large sectional sofa in the living area. We offer a very peaceful and quiet stay and still have many fun things to do. Fishing from our Private Pier. Bring your boat and rent a slip for $45 a day AND it includes electricity to charge your trolling motor. Lounging around our Texas size pool. Barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises/sunsets, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The beach is only 1/4mile away! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Sleeping arrangements: Queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa. This unit require one flight of stairs to access, no elevator. Parking- 1 car in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued at the time of check-in. Oversized Vehicle Advisory: Carports at Bay Tree D1 offers 1 average sized vehicle capacity space. For your convenience, if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in D1 for the third time should describe my experience. Love the view and location. Wish I could stay longer than two weeks at a time. The only negativity about the apartment, is that it is starting to show its age. Some updates would be nice. I'm ready to book for next trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this condo. It had a great view of the ship channel. We spent hours watching the sunset and the dolphins. Room was clean and well maintained. The bed is very small though.

The new parking lot is very nice and a great improvement for Bay Tree. The pier was fun to fish off of and the boat slips are nice to have so close.
