Bay Tree Condos A5 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo beautifully remodeled and decorated. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are like no other-large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, NO pets. Parking for 1 standard sized vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
Bay Tree A5 is a premier vacation rental property provided by Port A Escapes, professionally managed to ensure that everything is expertly handled before your arrival, and includes:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning to the highest standards
- Pre-arrival inspection performed by one of our team members
- Clean bath towels and linens provided
- A well-equipped kitchen. Spices are not provided
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
- Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than 1, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear and mosquito spray
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

Pristine condo is a good location, very spacious with everything you need. We saw numerous Dolphins, Pelicans and Turtles from the fishing pier. Also caught a few fish.Port Aransas is a great little towm and is certainly worth a visit.
