The bathroom is generously sized, showcasing a tiled shower, ample counter space, bright lighting, and a convenient stackable washer/dryer. A semi-private wall subtly divides the living and sleeping areas, each equipped with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted in this property. For guests with boats, there is designated boat parking available, or you can opt to rent a boat slip for $45 per day. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. Parking- 1 car in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued upon time of check-in. Oversized Vehicle Advisory: Carports at Bay Tree B2 feature AN average sized vehicle capacity space. For your convenience, if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Location PoolFishing Pier Cons: Needs a good cleaning. Found a dead roach and lots of old food underneath the sofa from previous stays.The bed and sofa pull out were both uncomfortable. A few more pots and pans and more cooking utensils would be nice. Too many stairs to climb if you’re carrying up food and supplies from a long day. We were excited about this condo but left with it was just ok. The location was fantastic and private, which we liked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved staying here for a short weekend. Stairs are a bit of a work out but not horrible. If I could change one thing it would be removing the door/wall that closes off the shower and toilet. You can barley even walk in there and close the door to be able to open the shower door. We also found blankets that smelled no clean when trying to set up the pull out couch.
