Queen size bed with a queen size sleeper sofa. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are excellent with a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips w/electricity and water for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle in assigned carport. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars+ tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the communal facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
