Guests bringing a boat to Bay Tree may rent a boat slip for $45 per night, subject to availability. Boat slips are available on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodate boats up to 36 feet in length. Guests renting a slip will also receive priority parking in the designated boat trailer parking area.
