Bay Tree B5 is a studio unit on the second floor with no elevator access. It offers a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area and a perfect place to watch the sunset over the city marina. Full kitchen with a drip coffee maker and kitchen table with four chairs. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen size bed and a queen sofa sleeper. Spacious bathroom. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking.

- A 2-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
