About this house rental
Sitting on 21 acres of undeveloped hill country, you’ll enjoy all the views and luxuries of modern living in this remodeled Guest house barn. We call our private hill top retreat: "Our Hill Town" because it reminds us of some of the small Italian hilltowns.
You have absolute privacy but are not completely alone in the woods. This type of vacation is for those who want the most amazing view and privacy but don’t want to be too far from town.
We are surrounded by wineries, wedding venues and breweries. You will enjoy a 270 degree view of the hill country! The privacy and views will amaze you.
Take your favorite beverage and enjoy the amazing Texas sunsets while sitting in an adirondack chair, around a firepit.
You can watch all the goings-on of the property from the upstairs rooms in the Guest Barn.
You can watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the Living room of The Guest Barn at Our Hill Town.
We have other rental properties listed for your friends to come and stay near you at Our Hill Town. Look for them on VRBO.

First off - our Host, Cindy & Troy were fabulous!!! There were special touches everywhere from them - notes welcoming us, a wonderful gift of a monogrammed tea towel, snacks, drinks, morning coffee and even dog treats for our pup! I mean WOW!!! We loved the "Barndominium," clean, roomy, great little home away from home! Even had the ability to stream our favorite shows at night! Next came the views - spectacular location to watch a Hill Country Sunset! They had Adirondack chairs set up and if it had been cold a wonderful fire pit! We swam, grilled out, played Corn Hole and basically didn't want to leave - not to mention our lab had the time of her life also! The perfect spot to get away!

We had a party of four adults and two kids. The Barn was roomy enough for all of us, comfortable and clean with so many thoughtful touches to make us feel right at home. It’s close enough to Dripping Springs to be convenient but far enough out to be in the country. It’s sits atop a hill with beautiful views of the Hill Country.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. We had planned on exploring Dripping Springs, but everything was so perfect we would up just staying in most of the weekend. Great sitting areas, star gazing, quiet and relaxing place. Cindy and Troy are incredible and personalized our stay as well.
