This cave bio climatic villa is in Oia, the crown jewel of Santorini,is a model of OIA's unique architecture, hanging from the cliff of caldera overlooking the volcano and the endless blue of the Aegean sea. Very close to the center of the village and 30 steps down of the main street. It is located a few meters from shops, restaurants market, galleries, bus and taxi terminal. Very near to the Castle which is the most famous sunset of Greece! The house is 65sqm and It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people, whether couples or family with children The residence is decorated with antiques and the kitchen is equipped with refrigerator,oven,microwave,coffee maker,etc. It has a private patio/ /balcony with ocean-caldera view, sun umbrellas and chairs. The house has free Wi-Fi internet access and it is fully air conditioned. The villa has Authorised Licence by the Ministry of Tourism of Greece.

We LOVED our stay at the suite. It looks even more beautiful than in the pictures! The views just cannot be beat. It was only a few steps from the main street full of shopping and restaurants. Our host was fantastic-- helping us check in, carrying our bags, recommending local restaurants, and more. Such a unique stay. I hope to visit again!

Amazing place right in the heart of Oia
Stayed 4 days with family. The place had AMPLE room and was very clean. We enjoyed the amazing views and loved our stay. The place was much larger than we needed, but enjoyed it all. The property manager and coordinate Maria was very responsive and we felt they were all extremely helpful from the moment we booked to the moment we left. I'd recommend staying here because it's very close to the best restaurants, close the the main walkway up and down Oia and overall, it's just a cool spot to call home for a few days.

Spacious comfortable accommodations with everything you really need for a 4-5 day stay. Kitchen is more than adequate to cook in, particularly for breakfast and a light dinner. Beds were comfortable. And housekeeping staff came every day to tidy up. They came at odd hours but were quick and efficient. All appliances including AC were in good working order and the place was very clean. George and Maria were very helpful and responsive. The only couple of drawbacks—lots of foot traffic (mentioned by others). The church right in front is a favorite bridal photo shoot stop. The church also blocks your caldera view a bit, but also adds some charm. I wish there could have been more shade on the front porch and the dipping pool could have been a little warmer. All in all, very nice.

Beautiful Oia Villa
The villa is beautifully appointed. The antique furniture pieces are the perfect compliment to the otherwise cool white cave interior. As others have mentioned, the kitchen is small but works for light meals. Location and views are amazing. The manager was extremely helpful with final details on transfers and checkin. Would highly recommend.

Booking this accommodation was made very easy by Maria - she provided all the necessary details and also organised a a sunset cruise for us as well. The checkin process from arriving at the port, being shown our accommodation and then the transfer back to the ferry on our last day was all handled exceptionally well by Maria and all went to plan. The accommodation had a marvellous setting and the servicing of the room everyday was appreciated. This all made our stay in Santorini perfect.

Perfect retreat to enjoy the best of Oia
Oia is so stunningly beautiful with so much to see and enjoy. Many people come in for the day, particularly from the cruise ships. We would simply retreat to this cliffside cave home to relax, enjoy the gentle breeze, and take in the outstanding view until all of the day-trippers left.
There is a hotel called 'the white house' and a driver picking us up for a tour was confused. So best to just say 'meet me at the post office' because that is the closest point where cars can drive.
The property manager, George, met us there and took our suitcases in the heart of Oia and down many stairs! Be nice and don't overpack! Those same stairs gave us our daily workout a few times a day, so some mobility is critical to stay at this property.
The house itself is very large and the photos are very accurate. The pool is actually heated which is so much better than some of the larger pools we saw at different properties in Oia and in Imerovigli. Plus, it is tucked away and is very private. We used it every single night. So relaxing!
This is truly a 5-star experience! I am jealous of anyone with a future booking.

Beautiful Oia
Location was perfect! Maria was fabulous and very responsive with all my questions. She arranged all transportation to and from lodging. George met us at the drop off sight. Oriented us to the area. Even stayed with us as we shopped for groceries before heading to the villa. Had the best time. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay in Oia
This property met our satisfaction however for 2 couples it didn’t allow for much privacy (if any). I’m my opinion it’s better suited for a large family. The one thing that stood out was Maria and her outstanding responsiveness and service. Thank you Maria!!! Oia is beautiful however it’s very busy so be prepared. People don’t hesitate to take photos for hours in front of the property, starting very early in the morning. Overall it was a clean, well maintained property and we enjoyed our stay,

nice cave house
This was a nice place to stop for a few days in santorini. Close to all the shops, restaurants and easy pick up spot for tours. Bedrooms were adequate with lots of closet space. Bathrooms were nice and well equipped with amenities. Living room area could use more comfortable furniture for relaxing. Kitchen is very small and not designed to cook in but functioned for a quick breakfast. Internet worked well. The view is lovely but somewhat blocked by the church. Lots of foot traffic going by and could be noisy depending on the neighbours. We loved feeding the cats who wander the neighbourhood.

Wonderful stay in a cave home in Oia!
We were nervous renting something so unusual and so far away, but everything was wonderful. The home is amazing, the views are incredible, and we were helped with our bags both to and from the unit, which is great because this home is on a cliff face and you must use an network of steps to get to it. A once in a lifetime experience!

Exactly what we expected.
Views spectacular, but not directly at the sunsets however this is only a short walk away. The cave house was clean and spacious, with the photos being a good indication. The kitchen is only very small, so eating out is a necessity. Anyone visiting Santorini should be aware that there are many stairs, but included for this property were porters to take luggage to and from the property. Also not a good idea to hire a car, local private, or group tour operators is a much better option, but bookings should be made in advance.

Great place to wake up in.
We were not here long just one night but the stay was fantastic and the host was VERY accommodating on arrival. With no luggage we were allowed to get the keys early so we could do our tour we had planned. When we got back at night time it was nice to sit and enjoy our view while in the Jacuzzi. What a beautiful home. Thanks Haris and Maria

A slice of Heaven!!!
I would rent this lovely home over and over again! It was in a perfect location with stunning views! The house was very clean and attended to. Harris and Maria were a pleasure to work with and very attentive. Maria scheduled airport transfers, tours, and even a private sailing excursion. When I emailed any request, it was immediately answered. I would give my experience more stars than 5 if I could!

Great cave house experience
Charming traditional cave home, with great views of the sea. Haris, the owner, was very helpful, sharing suggestions for sunset watching, dinning, etc. He even had a bottle of Greek wine for us in the fridge!
The house was quite spacious & very clean. Excellent location in town.
Would recommend this spot for friends or family traveling to this beautiful island.

A Beautiful Spot in the Middle of Oia
The house was absolutely beautiful, and the views were stunning. The beds, bathrooms, and kitchen where all well maintained and comfortable. Communication with the owner and his assistant was very fast and thorough. The property manager was extremely helpful in terms of making sure we had everything we needed, and gave us great insight on what to do on the island. He was also very accommodating when we were late arriving from the Port. The house is right near many great sights and eateries, all within walking distance. In all of the places in Santorini we saw, I would recommend staying in Oia over all others.

We had a great stay at Oia Villas 1. The location was perfect right in the heart of Oia but away from the busy streets up top. The villa was clean and spacious and the view was unbeatable and a popular photo spot (we saw a few brides out there!). We loved spending time outside on the patio and was a great place to enjoy the sunset without the crowds. Definitely recommend!
