About this condo rental

This classic and comfortable two story unit is set in a fantastic location. A two minute stroll will take you to the golden sands of Belongil beach and ten minutes along the sand to bustling Byron Central. The unit is conveniently fitted with modern furnishings and appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry with washer and dryer. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, dining, and lounge room. This level has one bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom. A perfect hide away with af lat screen TV and private verandah. The third bedroom is also on the second level and contains a queen size bed. There is also a great outdoor area with picnic table and BBQ. A great spot for leisurely afternoon barbecues with the whole family. A gentle stroll along the beach takes you right into the heart of Byron Bay, where sophisticated shopping and a vibrant bar and restaurant scene are yours for the taking. Please note a security deposit is required for this property. If you would like to book this property on the website for the Schoolies weeks, the correct tariff and bond will not have been quoted. You are required to contact the office for the current Schoolies rates. Your booking is not confirmed, even if monies are paid, until the tariff has been adjusted and confirmed with a staff member. Upon making your booking you must advise in writing to our office that the intention of your booking is for Schoolies and the total number of guests. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food. Outdoor shower was lovely and a nice surprise. The shower pressure inside was really bad. No air conditioning and super humid and hot in the house. The fan in the main room can only be turned on when the lights on. The doors were hard to open.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Its proximity to the beach and to town is excellent and the house is spacious and comfortable. We made use of the entire space as much as we could and it suited our every need without trouble. Some points that the property managers might like to consider however, the driveway would be better accessible if the huge rocks were moved from the right hand side. There were only a few sets of cutlery, plates and glasses so we had to make do with some other things that were there, and some of the essentials you might expect from a rental were missing, for example, salt and pepper and oil for cooking, toilet paper etc Also ensure that you clean up properly as the cleaners attempted to fabricate an unclean charge to our bond which was sorted out after a chat with the real estate agency. Overall though the house was fantastic and we would likely come back again.

Very comfortable
The location was great - close to town and a 2 min walk to the beach. We would ride our bikes or the kids would skateboard into town. The townhouse was spacious and very comfortable. We also have a big car and the drive way was tricky but there is plenty of parking out the front. The garage was perfect for storing all the surf boards, bikes etc. We very much enjoyed our time staying here. Even though Shirley Street is busy this unit is at the back of the complex and was very quiet.
