We loved that you couldn’t get any closer to the train station, which is always convenient when you’re carrying lots of luggage.
The onsen was also lovely small and on the quieter side

Close to train station.

The decorations in the hotel lobby were nice and the staff was efficient and friendly.
The parking for the hotel is split over multiple parking lots. You have to move your car from the parking lot during certain times of day even if you are staying multiple nights. The room was not 100% clean (the TV remote was dirty and the floor had not been fully vacuumed). You are unable to make any changes to your reservation over a month before your stay.
