Located in Lancaster, this lovely house for $179 per night is a great option for your next break. Completely renovated unique and charming 3 bedroom home, located in downtown Lancaster. Featuring clean and modern elements which will make you feel at home the minute you enter the home. Located in a desirable area. With-in walking distance to downtown attractions, Lancaster County Convention Center, art galleries, shops, Central Market, and some amazing restaurants. Guests will have access to all living spaces in the home. A clean and beautiful stocked kitchen to cook at home. A comfortable and cozy family room featuring a 65 in high definition smart TV. The second floor hosts two separate bedrooms featuring king size beds made with luxurious linens. One of the bedrooms has access to the second floor deck suited with a table and chairs with seating for 6. A shared guests bathroom is located on the second floor. The third floor features a king size bed, lovely exposed brick and a comfortable lounge chair. The perfect room to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. You will have access to one reserved parking space for one car, located directly behind the house. Additional street parking may be available with a 2 hr. maximum parking between 7am-5pm. (with exception of unlimited parking weekends). A fee based parking garage is located across the street.

We were in town to enjoy the Fulton Theater and couldn’t have picked a better place. It was convenient to walk everyplace and had a parking spot in the back so we didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The place was cute and clean… we Loved it..!

Becky and Nathan's house was perfect for our wedding weekend. The location was great, easy walking distance to everything we needed. The house was clean with all the amenities listed. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice location to walk to shops, central market, restaraunts. Owner was very responsive! Very easy to street park if more than one car. There is one full bath second floor. First floor is a powder room. Listing says 2 baths…. But it’s a bath and a half. One other item: television: no local tv. No antennae and no cable. If there was a way to watch local /free tv we never figured it out. You can stream if you subscribe to Netflix etc.

Th property was very clean and a quaint older home with lots of the original features. It also had a designated parking spot. The only recommendations or additions that would make it a perfect spot - tissues in the bathroom and maybe a Keurig or way to make some coffee- there was a coffee pot but we didn’t know to we needed to bring coffee/tea but there was a place to walk and get coffee.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and it was just perfect! It was cozy yet big enough for everyone to feel like they had their own space. And you can't beat the location - it was easy to walk to everything downtown Lancaster has to offer.

Nathan and Becky's property provided the perfect spot for my stepdaughters on their recent visit. The home is spacious and the deck off the one bedroom was a great place for them to have morning coffee. It was incredibly hot (90+ degrees) when they were visiting and the air conditioner kept things very cool and comfortable. Everything in downtown Lancaster is within walking distance and the off-street parking space is a nice perk. We will not hesitate to book this property for friends and family who visit. This place was the perfect accommodation for our daughter's college graduation. We loved the outdoor space on the deck and it was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property was spacious and located in walking distance from many eateries! Having the deck was amazing as well and we were fortunate to have good weather while we stayed there so we could use it! This home is absolutely gorgeous, charming, clean and quaint. It was a perfect location to restaurants downtown. We were here for a wedding and walked almost everywhere we went. We loved to sit out on the upper deck at night, and the bottom porch in the morning. Everything was top notch at this home, and the pictures are very accurate.
My only issue is how loud everything was (city noises). I'm used to the quiet of the country, so maybe its just me. But I wish I had brought some ear plugs. DO NOT let this deter you from staying at this location. Just a suggestion if you struggle with noise while sleeping. Otherwise, it is an AMAZING property!

Everything was great. We stayed for a short low key honeymoon following our wedding in Lancaster. Everything was beautiful and cleaned and made for a relaxing romantic stay. I would recommend it.

This property is precisely defined and photographed as it truly is. It was very clean. The proximity to artist's shops, the Lancaster Central Market, and other historic sites makes it easy to wander about Lancaster downtown. My husband and I attended a conference while the others in our party strolled about the town looking at various shops and testing out chocolates and ice cream. Be aware many galleries and shops are not open at the beginning of the week. We arrived during a very warm and humid stretch but the house was cooled nicely. The third-floor bedroom does have a noisy window AC but it functioned very well. The kitchen space is small but functional. A few more items (skillets and utensils) could be added to make it easier to prepare meals for those that like to cook at home. There is definitely a lack of reasonable grocery stores nearby, the larger chain stores are located on the outskirts of town however, there are smaller delis and groceries around the immediate neighborhood. Access into the home and to the bedrooms requires one to be able to climb stairs. The home met our needs for the time we were in Lancaster.
