Not happy with this place never clean my room I was there for one week and I ask for bed sheets change and the women told me to change them and she give me sheets that didn’t fit the bed!

The people on front desk’s didn’t let my family visit me the pool area was one from 10am to 10pm and they say it was closed like at 8pm

Hotel Bonita is cheaper, cleaner and located in a guarded community

It is clean with good outside appearance

Horrible shower tub, 1/2” wide gash on the floor of the tub- part of the shower water drains through this gash. No shower head, a steam of water as shower.

I will not go back....

I brought a bottle of wine with me to the pool and they charge me a fee for bringing my bottle of wine..I did not appreciate it cause I was never told that I could not bring my own bottle in the property. I don't think I will go back...They were trying to charged me more money for the room than the expected booking price on the app.

Never again!

5-10 minutes away from the airport. staff friendly and helpful.

oh dear. music with a really loud bass beat played until 2am and it wasn’t even the weekend. The bass vibrated through our room in the ground floor despite us being quite some distance away from the bar(source). we hardly slept which wasn’t ideal when about to take a long haul flight.

No communication with the hotel

The staff was nice and willing. Breakfast average local meal. The room was spacious with a big bed, bathroom was clean.

I wanted to book a taxi from the airport as I arrived alone in the middle of the night. No reaction from the hotel through Booking and by sms neither. Then it showed that the phone number listed in Booking is not valid. They had no rezervation by Booking for me when I arrived but they had a room available anyway. I see it as a very poor cooperation with Booking.

Close to the airport,big rooms,nice pool and very friendly staff.the front desk can arrange for a taxi to take you to the airport for a fee .will definitely come back here

For the price this hotel is fine.

The first time we went the fruit and pancakes for breakfast were excellent. The second time we went the beans and tortillas were average at best. The pool is nice and the rooms comfortable.

A blanket for the bed would be nice as you sleep with just a sheet. The hot water is a little unreliable.

Sheets are old, no blanket, TV cable signal bad. Only 2 pillows for a king size bed, should have more towels
