About this lodge
This property can sleep 10 people and up to 12. However due to wear and tear on the home, there will be a $50.00 additional guest charge per per person, per night over 10. You can enjoy the mountains and the river while being just minutes away from downtown Chattanooga. Hike the property, go fishing or bring your boat to enjoy the river. With an abundance of beautiful mountain and river views, don't forget your camera. Spelunking - Raccoon Mountain Cave & Ruby Falls, minutes away. Dining & Entertainment - Downtown Chattanooga & Lookout Mountain, 15 minutes. If it is quiet you want, we are off the beaten track. You can curl up on the porch swing & read a good book. If it is cold or rainy, you can curl up on the sofa in the sun room and still feel like you are out of doors. Beautiful all year round!

The location of the property was exceptional - 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and all adventures on Lookout Mountain. The view from the properties deck overlooked the river and mountains & was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with china, silverware and cookware.The property owner responded to all my text messages and made himself available to help with setup of TV's. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location and views were fabulous. Well appointed kitchen. AC couldn’t keep up with late July heat. Stairwell is a safety hazard for small children. Space was very good for 7 adults and 3 children. With just a few changes this could be an excellent rental. We enjoyed our stay.
