The location was close to all major attractions downtown. Some were actually within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The continental breakfast was good, with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about places to do and see in the area. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The hot tub was down for maintenance so that made the pool water very cold. However, my granddaughter really didn't seem to mind.

We liked the free breakfast. Our girls liked the gym and what it offered. The room was enough space for us.
We had an issue as when we checked in, my oldest called the front desk to ask what time the pool closed. That was around 5:45 p.m.. she called around 6:10 p.m. to the front desk. Afterwards we went to go down to the pool to enjoy some family time and found that the pool was closed for maintenance. We thought we might try the following day but it was still closed for maintenance. This was the main reason we booked this hotel and I'm not sure why the front desk would have told her that it closed at 10:00 p.m. if it was closed for maintenance. Had we known the pool was closed for maintenance we would have went somewhere else.

The lady at the front desk was exceptional. I truly wish I had her name. The bathrooms were clean. The bedding was clean. The kitchen was clean and there were more than enough dishes cups etc to be comfortable. The fridge was clean. The unit was large with a very roomy balcony. EV charging on site was awesome. There's a super cute craft/book/coffee shop on the corner. Parking safe and convenient. To the lady at the front desk on 9/25 7pm, you are truly special and I hope you are recognized for your warmth friendliness and eagerness to help.
The carpet and living area furniture were truly disgusting. There were visible black stains, paint drips on the tables and chairs etc. Im not a complainer and rarely complete surveys but this hotel has such a nice exterior and facility (gym pool etc) even the location is awesome. It would be an amazing stay if they replaced these really dirty worn out stained and just...bleh gross furnishing. I had to put a sheet over the sofa before id let anyone sit on it. Honestly I dont think the sofa would be sold at goodwill. I wish I had photos. Such awesome potential in this place.
