The location was excellent for exploring lookout mountain as well as downtown Chattanooga. It felt very private and the views from the deck were outstanding.
Although there is road traffic below the property it was overshadowed by location and views.

Gorgeous scenery and setup along with very being clean
More info on what to expect within the room or email, and how to get additional towels (for instance) if needed without having to call each time. I was under the impression there may have been a breakfast available but I did not see anything about it in the room so assumed it was not offered.
