Breakfast and coffee at the coffee bar were delicious and convenient. The train cars were a huge win for my two little guys (2 and 5 years old). The restaurants, shops, and breweries in the choo choo station were so convenient and walkable. There was a big yard there for the kids to run and play. The free trolley downtown was also next door and was so convenient for our aquarium day. We are so excited to come back!

Train Car rooms are amazing! Friendly Staff. Elsie’s Restaurant is very tasty. The big lawn astro turf lawn by the train station and pool area are cool and I always sleep well here. It’s really nice to park and take a walk before dinner. I plan my trips to the eat coast so I’ll need a stop in Chattanooga!
The train car prices can be high but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else! I wish they had ice more readily accessible. I feel like a burden when the desk clerk has to go get the ice and people are waiting to check in/out. Perhaps a freezer in lobby with small bags to grab!

The hotel is right downtown yet very easy to access by car. Walking Market Street brings you to many trendy bars and some great restaurants. The lobby is welcoming with plenty of places to sit and the staff are all great. The old rail station is close and the rail cars that have been converted to rooms are amazing.
My only issue was there was no desk in the room. Not a deal breaker but inconvenient.

It was okay for our first time. More than likely won’t return.
We were told the water in the room was free, we were charged $7 instead on our bill. The cleaning lady knocked on our door once and didn’t give us time to respond. So of course we didn’t have on clothes trying to get ready to go to the pool. They also said you get a 10% discount if charged to our room. That didn’t happen either.
