The location of this B&B was perfect; right in the center of town, and we had lovely views from our balcony.
The room (#3) itself was clean and comfortable. It could have been a little roomier as we had our larger luggage for travel, but we made it work with the room we were provided. There was a small fridge to utilize as well as a coffee maker and fixings if one would choose to use.
As mentioned above, the room (not a house, booking stated house) was on the smaller side, and it was a challenge to accommodate the larger luggage we had...we managed to make it work by utilizing steps up to the balcony. We really didn't have an option to select a particular room from the listing at the time of booking and being on the second floor with the large luggage also was a challenge.
Also, the staff mentioned at check-in there wouldn't be any breakfast provided due to rising costs.
Lastly the shower in room #3 was tight, again, for our purposes we made it work.

Las habitaciones y los baños excelentes. La atención exquisita. Lugar perfecto para conocer o parar en Nicosia. Y Nicosía es ideal para conocer la Sicilia interior, mucho mas auténtica que los centros turísticos costeros.
