About this house rental
Nestled in Bristol, this charming house for $112 per night is a great option for your next break. Our place is good for almost anyone! It's comfy and cozy, but very close to all of the Bristol action. --You are getting one whole side of a duplex that is completely private, approximately 1000 Sq ft. Includes private fenced backyard, newly renovated and very clean with modern decor and comfortable beds. Just minutes from historic State Street, Bristol Motor Speedway, and easy I-81 access. This space has a cozy, cabin like feel. Satellite TV in living room and single person Jacuzzi in the master bath. Also enjoy two very comfortable beds, a sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials including silverware, a microwave, coffee pot, gas range, and refrigerator. All bedding linens, towels, etc. are provided. Outdoors there is a nice covered back patio, bbq grill and sitting space and a covered front porch with rocking chairs. Free WiFi also available. The duplex is located on a corner lot within walking distance of a convenience store. A very safe neighborhood. Very quite and respectful neighbors on the other side of the duplex. Great neighbors in the neighborhood as well. *If you are traveling with pets, we require you message us and seek approval prior to booking. No pets greater than 25lbs. *We cannot accommodate large or heavy vehicles, trailers, Uhauls etc. This unit can accommodate up to 2 standard sized vehicles only. ** I am flexible and looking to exceed your expectations. We have stayed here many times and the experience is always wonderful. The property is clean and Chad is very good at communicating. The house is well equipped and comfortable. The location is close to downtown and close to restaurants and stores. I highly recommend staying here.

I found the property very comfortable for a girlfriend's weekend. The host was very accommodating. I thought the property was going to be a little far out for our trip, but it wasn't. Because the house was on the road, it was a little noisy, but still very comfortable. Thanks for making our weekend a memorable one. P. S. Since the sun shines on the front of the house, the second bedroom got a bit warm. We tried using the fan that was in the other bedroom, but it wouldn't work when plugged in.

Vrbo messaging was a little weird and I had to end up giving the host a call. He was very nice and very timely. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you could need including some extra things such as pan spray and drying sheets.

Everything was very nice. Only issue is photos showed a gas grill. There is only a charcoal grill.

Clean Comfortable Convenient
We enjoyed our stay at this clean cozy dwelling. It had the best setup with access to fenced in yard for our two small dogs and was very convenient to many dining establishments via I81. We'll definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and the backyard patio & firepit were outstanding. The checkout process was painless. If you are a sound sleeper, then this is the place for you. Local traffic noises will disturb a light sleeper.

Lovely Place with a Great Backyard
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely and the backyard patio & firepit were outstanding. The checkout process was painless. If you are a sound sleeper, then this is the place for you. Local traffic noises will disturb a light sleeper.

Has a really great stay in Bristol. Manager was helpful with dinner ideas. Delta Blue BBQ was great! Just wish the traffic at the light was quieter, but we did stay in a Saturday night.

We needed a overnight place to stay on our way down to drop off our son at Texas A&M. After 10 hours on the road We needed a place to stay the night. This place was awesome. Soooooooo clean and comfortable. We wished we could have brought this place with us 😀 thank you for such a nice place. You thought of everything for your guest. Wish we could have stayed another night !! Highly recommend!!! Loved the back yard with the fire pit . Wish we would have had time to use it .
