About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $475 per night is a great choice for your next break. Best oceanfront and beachfront unit you can find in Ocean City!!! 1500 sq ft of living space and bedrooms oceanfront open balcony with spectacular sunrises and views of dolphins swimming across the ocean!! The beach is continually rated as the cleanest on the East Coast. Direct oceanfront building with stunning panoramic views of the ocean. Indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, library, and exercise room. Free Wi-Fi in the condo between April-December. Enjoy ocean breeze and watch the dolphins play from the privacy of huge open balcony in this spacious condo that has a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, central A/C, dishwasher and all the amenities to enjoy your time in Ocean City. The Capri building has one of the largest OC heated indoor pools, oceanfront sun deck, outside showers, gym/fitness center, fabulous game room with pool tables, ping-pong, arcade & basketball court, tennis court, saunas, ocean & bay-side lounges, 24/7 security guard on duty, 3 high-speed elevators, and two free assigned parking spaces. Additional parking space can also be purchased in the building daily ($10) or weekly ($55). Mandatory $75 registration fee per stay is collected by the building and to be paid during the check-in. Occupancy is limited to 8 people, including children. Total of 5 beds - 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Queen sleep sofa. ****************************** ATTENTION: Any additional guests, up to a maximum occupancy limit, who are not listed or described during the booking, will incur a fee equal to a half of the listed nightly price per each additional guest per day. Bringing any additional guests over the maximum occupancy limit stated in the listing will lead to immediate booking cancellation. All guests will be required to leave the property immediately and no refund of any kind will be issued. ******************************* For additional safety and security of our guests , the unit entrance may be placed under video surveillance. Additional information may be requested prior to the booking request being accepted. If such information is not provided in a timely manner, it may render the booking request invalid and the booking request will be cancelled. A separate Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival date. This Agreement and additional documentation is sent to our guests after the reservation is made. Smoking/vaping and pets are not allowed anywhere on the property, including the balcony. Sorry, no rentals to groups under age 25. Families with children over the age of 4 are welcome. Sorry, the unit is not suitable for children under age of 4. Guests should bring linens and towels, paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), dish-washing liquid and personal items (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc). Each of the beds has pillows, blankets and comforters. Beach umbrella and chairs can be rented right on the beach near the building. Panoramic view of the ocean. Spacious bedrooms with great views. Just sit and relax and enjoy it. Plenty to do during rainy or cold days. Directly across from Gold Coast Mall, a movie theater and various restaurants. Many golf courses close by. Short drive to the world-famous Boardwalk in Ocean City, amusement parks, water park, museums, historic downtown area or beautiful Northside Park (126th St). Enjoy fantastic shopping or escape to nature with the famous Assateague's wild ponies, which are only nine miles from Ocean City. Numerous of water sports activities including parasailing, Jet ski rental, boat cruises and others. Amazing location for your vacation! Great Getaway in the Off-Season!!!

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo. It was clean, had everything we needed and stores across the street for anything we forgot. We had a little hiccup with parking spaces for 2 vehicles, but a text to the owner had it resolved in 15 minutes. Alex was very attentive to our concerns and answered immediately. Definitely will stay again.

My wife and I took her parents and grandparents along with our children and had an amazing stay! The communication with the property owner was awesome, was always available to answer if there was a question I had or to explain anything. The property itself was super clean and the view was breathtaking. 5star stay. would definitely try to book here in the future!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Capri. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing. The location to the beach made it so easy for our family. We were amazed at the view every-time we came back from an outing. We will look at coming neck in the future. Thank you Alex!

Great property except for a few things. Pool is lame and indoors. It would be nice late or early season but it’s in a greenhouse and all closed up. Must have been over 100 degrees inside by the pool. The kitchen utensils and glasses could use an upgrade, and the dryer is a fire hazard and Burnt some of our clothes.

Great beachfront location and a comfortable condo allowed our family to enjoy our three nights in Ocean City. The Capri building could do with some improvement in common areas but everything works and the elevators are prompt. I hadn’t been to OC in many years so it was good to see how zoning has managed development while preserving the area’s natural coastal beauty. Hope to revisit soon!

The condo was very nice/spacious & the property manager was very helpful with any concerns. There was a leak issue that they said we current but a large bubble developed in the wall so that needs to be fixed. View of the ocean was beautiful.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were on the 15th floor and the elevators were pretty regular. The indoor pool is open til 10 most nights. Our ocean front balcony did not disappoint. Overall wonderful experience!

Family weekend at the shore
This property is wonderful. It is right on the beach, so you can go to walk on the beach any time you want. It has a large balcony that faces the ocean. We loved sitting out there in the evening talking and listening to the ocean. It was so relaxing. The condo is clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spacious and plenty of seating for 4 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. Beach access wonderful.

The parking space this condo gets is PRIMO, and you will understand once you get there. Communication with property manager was prompt and helpful. We did see some dust accumulation in a couple spots but we communicated that and I'm sure it was taken care of for the next renter. Enjoy the beach!

My husband is 6'7" and it is difficult to find a King bed without a footboard. This one was low enough that covering it with a blanket worked fine. My sons are 6'3". The other beds did not have footboards so no issue there.
I inquired about parking and the owner was quick to respond and suggested it may be difficult to park a Ford 150 and he was so right. These buildings were built before SUV's and trucks were common, I'm glad we took his advice.
Also, the balcony is bigger than it looks in the pictures.

Other than that, and the quite unappealing dirtiness of the hallways, and lock that is very challenging to open on unit door, we were quite pleased overall. Great location and great unit.

Best place to stay in OC
We have been staying at this condo for years now. The owner keeps the kitchen fully stocked and has all the best upgrades. This place is also walking distance to great restaurants and stores. We never have to move our car once parked. With COVID limiting travel, we actually stayed 3 times this year. I felt completely safe inside the condo. Lastly, the owner is always super responsive and nice. We will be back again next year.

Spacious 3 bedroom with great view!
Condo was very clean and had lots of room! Balcony was large with direct, oceanfront views! Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Easy to deal with owner who responded quickly whenever I needed. Had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony are spectacular! Oleg was a great host and was available for questions and help. The condo is roomy and had everything we needed. It was a great place for a relaxed beach get away. If you don’t love the sand, but love the ocean, just enjoy the view on the balcony. Amazing sunrises! Hope to go back next year.

Beautiful and Spacious
Amazing ocean front view on an enormous balcony. The condo is very spacious, we had 7 people and it never felt crowded. The weekend was more chaotic because they only let 1 family on an elevator at a time so a few times we waited 15 minutes at least to get up to our floor.
We would definitely rent this condo again.

The place was great with great view, kitchen stocked with needed ware. Easy check in/out
Only problem which really wasnt a problem was the hot water for shower, you have to let it run before getting any, but we worked it out and enjoyed our stay.

This property is in an amazing location and the view from the ample patio is wonderful. The condo was neat and very clean . Plenty of room for our family of six!!! Nice kitchen and comfy living room . Perfect for families !
