About this apartment rental
2 Bedroom / 2 Bath Condominium in gated community adjacent to Country Club. Club facilities not available to rental but community park and trails are more than enough to enough nature and all the vistas. Burnsville area is quaint and inviting with local shops and many dining choices. Fully furnished with everything you would need for a quiet and peaceful stay in the midst of the mountains. 40 minutes to downtown Asheville for additional shops and dining and a proclaimed arts district.

Was in need of a through cleaning. Black mold in shower . Floors needed mopping. Oven needed cleaning.

Comfortable and homey place. Had everything we needed. Favorite part was the deck which was shaded for virtually the entire day to allow us to enjoy the view from outside!

the most peaceful mountain retreat. the deck was the best with view of mountains. home was very well appointed & immaculate. master bed was so comfy with softest sheets imaginable.

Property was well maintained. Better description would be useful. Property had no TV reception which was not entered into description. Roku or Apple TV should have been available for use with no TV reception. In addition one small 31 inch TV is not enough for a property of this size. Additional TV’s for bedrooms would enhance property rentals. One more suggestion please mention in summary that there are three flights of stairs down before reaching condo. Some renters may not be able to maneuver the steps.
