Nestled in Stansbury, this attractive house for $110 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Ebb N Flow Beach House is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests is in a secluded position with excellent sea views. Kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, lounge with TV, DVD, billiard table, 2 ceiling fans, split system reverse cycle air-conditioning. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, main with queen bed and flat screen TV, 2nd bedroom with 1 single bunk and a tri-bunk and 3rd bedroom also with a queen bed. Bathroom with vanity, shower, separate bath. Separate w/c. Laundry with washing machine for your convenience. Gas BBQ, relax and sit out on the front decking whilst taking in the beautiful sea views! Plenty of room for parking and the boat. Fish cleaning facility. Ebb N Flow is on the edge of Stansbury. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - 1 single bunk and 1 tri-bunk, bed 3 - queen. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. No smoking inside DOG FRIENDLY outside only - please note this is a rural block with farm type fencing on 3 sides Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course. **OFF PEAK SPECIAL** excludes long weekends and school holidays 15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter: 4 night minimum stay $210 per night High - all other school holidays plus long weekends: 3 night minimum stay $180 per night Off Peak - school terms: 2 night minimum stay $150 per night Bond may increase during peak season

Upon arrival, I was blown away with the size and layout of the property. The views overlooking the bay were breathtaking. Facilities all in good condition and we had a very comfortable stay.Very convenient to coffe shop and boat ramp.Suggestions for improvement would be:- - fish cleaning facility- WiFi.

Overall, quite good except for the weather. We think the premises needs a little maintenance, e.g., washers in taps so they don't leak. Screen doors either don't open or won't slide properly.

A peaceful place to stay in an idyllic spot with wonderful views. The pool table and other entertainment facilities were very much appreciated. We all (including the dog) had a lovely weekend, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Thankyou for sharing your piece of paradise. Lovely to wake up to the beautiful views. Very clean. Possibly need a second fridge/freezer, fish/ crab cleaning station, an upgraded tv channel selection and more heating and cooling would be good.

Beautiful house on top of a cliff 20m away from a lookout.Quiet neighborhood with the best views. Close to some awesome fishing spots.Will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic place , amazing views and perfectly secluded . Short walk / drive to Stansbury if you need anything . The bed was comfy and the view from there was amazing . Great walking trail right out the front and plenty of yard if you have kids . Look forward to staying here again .

Great property
We had an excellent stay at Ruperts Retreat. The location was private with lots of room for the kids to play and a short walk down to the beach. Games room with pool table. Ceiling fans throughout but no air conditioning which could be an issue in Summer.
