After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where youโll find reservation and property details, access codes, and more. During registration, youโll be asked to sign a rental agreement and upload your driverโs license and a selfie (donโt worry โ itโs super simple!).

These are all no-brainers but we donโt want any confusion, so weโre gonna state the obvious:
โ no smoking (for real)
โ no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
โ no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)

The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for:
โข $249 / pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets). Pets cannot be left unattended. This applies to ADA and service animals as well.
โ ๏ธ MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details prior to booking.
๐ซ We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50-mile radius.

Our kitchens have all the essentials needed to prepare your favorite meal. Get your caffeine fix each morning with Keurig coffee pods included with every stay. Weโve even got your TV entertainment covered with hundreds of streaming options to choose from.
๐ฆ SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! Thatโs why we provide a supply starter kit โ to get you through the first day or two of your stay. The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

**Note: Age Requirement and Security Deposit Policy
Guests under the age of 25 are required to provide a $750 security deposit or proof of damage insurance prior to check-in.
This policy is in place to ensure the protection and care of our properties. The deposit will be fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection and confirmation that no damages occurred during the stay.

The stars saybit all. Was a great location it accomodated us all. And the host was great to work with. One accomodation i would say. It would have been nice to have a crock pot. Just to have something warm for when we got back after broadway. . In our who group there was no negative comments about the space we had. Everyone was 100% satisfied. We will be back .... Everything was good. We had a great time. We realize it's a rental property and people don't take care of things like their own. There were several maintenance issues that need to be tended to. Just for your knowledge ... Light bulbs out, garbage disposal didn't work, latches on bedroom doors didn't work, floors looked dirty and furniture was covered with lint. There were no teaspoons in the drawer and only one dish towel and dishcloth in kitchen. Sounds like a lot but we really had a good time and these are just items you may not be aware of.
