This apartment in Florence had everything we needed and more. The fridge was thoughtfully stocked with enough food and drinks for the first day or two which was greatly appreciated after traveling. Sandy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured we had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal for walking around the city to see all the major tourist attractions. I highly recommend this place!

The property is superb - extremely modern and comfortable. Ideal location for both seeing Florence itself but also taking the train to other parts of Tuscany on day visits. The host was very attentive and the provisions left in the fridge were much appreciated and enjoyed!

The apartment was located close to everything. It was a short walk to all of the sites - only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. The market is conveniently next door. The home has everything you need to be comfortable. We particularly liked the washer, the spacious fancy shower, the air conditioner, and the bed was one of the most we have ever had in a rental. Finally, we appreciated of of the nice breakfast goodies left for us in the refrigerator- it was a nice touch. I highly recommend this apartment - you will not be disappointed.

The shower was so filthy and there was a bad stench in the closet when we arrived. We took a video and messaged the host about it. Since it was around 9:30 at night. They told us that the cleaning lady will be showing up the next morning. The company who responded to our message said that the shower needed repair so they couldn’t clean it properly. My husband bought mold spray and air freshener. We didn’t use the shower until the cleaning lady came the next morning. We also saw the cleaning lady took 2 big orange laundry bags out of the closet. It was full of dirty laundry from the previous rental. That was the stench that was coming out from the locked closet. The next morning, I tried to use the stove to cook some eggs but the light above the stove fell out when I turned the exhaust fan. We again messaged the host. She sent someone to fix it but it never got fixed while we were there because they have to order the part. We stayed on this property for 10 days. The host Pier told us that we broke the light without telling them. I told him that it was my first time using the stove when the light fell off. I did report it to the management right away. These are the 2 major complaints about this property. We really like the location and we appreciated the management who tried to help us fix the issue.
