Situated in Athens, this attractive house for $67 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Athens is known as a hub for creative music with the energy of a college town. Filled with laid-back, friendly people and beautiful, historic neighborhoods it's a small town that feels big. Athens is growing fast while staying authentic and original. We want our guests to experience the Athens we love when they stay at our house. We've created a small, uncluttered space that has personality. We hope anyone can feel at home during their stay. We finished rehabbing the house very recently. The bathroom is brand new. The fully outfitted kitchen is ready for cooking and baking with modern appliances. The new AC unit keeps the temperature comfortable. We wanted to keep some of the original features, so we refinished the hardwood floors and restored the windows. We decorated inside with vintage furniture and handpicked art. Enjoy the spring weather on the small screened porch and large, shady yard on a corner lot. Our hope is that guests can enjoy the comfort of a clean house as an alternative to a sterile room at a hotel. The house is only a block away from the main entrance to the North Oconee Greenway, Athens' unique linear park system. Downtown Athens is about a mile away.

Small, older house but very clean and accommodating. Like staying at your grandmas. Neighborhood has a mixture of remodeled homes, owner occupied and new apartments. Nice little back yard with squirrels. Driveway a little tricky to back out of but not bad. Very quick drive into town. Overall very satisfied and would stay here again.

Property as described. Cute little house. Close enough to everything but out of the way of the hustle and bustle. Clean and felt roomy for size. Beds were comfortable and shower hot. Loved sitting on back porch looking out into nice sized back yard. My childhood friend and I came to Athens to visit another friend for a girls weekend. Owners communicated quickly and with clear instructions. A driveway to park in was another plus! I would stay here again!

Listen here's the only thing you need to know about this place -Location - Location - Location. It's super convenient and easy to get Uber's on gameday and it honestly had everything you needed. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for spring uga graduation ceremonies. It was right up the street from our daughter’s apartment so it was super convenient. Nice and clean and had everything we needed. Will stay again I’m sure for uga games.

Used the place as a crashpad for the first stop of speedweek. House was clean, easy to locate, and perfect distance to city hall. Host was upfront with expectations and very communicative. Would stay again.

Cute 2 bd/1bth home close to downtown Athens. Only about a mile away from Georgia Theater, the reason we were there. We were only there for two nights and the house had everything you need pretty much. We didn’t really cook cause of the short time staying however there were plenty of utensils and such. We really didn’t spend much time at the house but found the living room furniture while cute 70’s look, the comfort was somewhat lacking. But again, not much time actually spent at the house. Beds were decently comfortable . A good value for a quick trip!

This little house is a great place to make your home base while you are in the Athens area. It is pretty small but it’s cute and clean. The hosts are very thoughtful and communicate incredibly well. The decor is fun with a sort of vintage vibe and it fits in great with the college-y neighborhood. We had a lot of fun waking up and drinking coffee and watching the students hustle to class! Something that really struck me if you’re sort of nerdy like me - Are you used to VRBOs with bad wifi? Well, this place has good speeds which was great for us as we were eager to share photos from the race we saw at nearby Road Atlanta. If you’re looking for a VRBO in the Athens area this place was clean, fun, and friendly. It’s in a great spot and you’ll have fun if you give it a whirl!

The house serves basic needs, nothing fancy, but gave us a good and affordable landing spot away from downtown. Neighborhood development across the street is presently a construction zone so can be noisy in the mornings.
