Seperate Lounge with 50" plasma DVD & new installed split system Internal Bathroom: renovated shower / toilet. Detached laundry with seperate toilet & separate shower. Rear large outdoor entertainment deck c/w sun sail (North facing - towards Arthur Seat ) With outdoor BBQ (mains gas) Separate side large carport to accommodate boats / skis etc with seperate drive / lockup gates. Dual Drive Way. Pet friendly. - Secure backyard. Self Contained Unit - Sleeps 4 Queen size bed 1 set of bunks Seperate Shower, toilet TV & Mini Bar fridge, Microwave Fully landscaped gardens with big back yard. Dual access driveways with plenty of off-street parking for boats, cars, jet-skii's etc Approx 800 metres to the beach, shops, cafe. Quiet street. Close to McCrae. Central base with short drive to Arthus Seat, Red Hill Wineries, Peninsula Springs, Golf, Marina, Sorrento shops, Portsea, Back beaches, horse riding etc ********************** Accomadation / Final price subject to amount of guest per booking. House Only: Up to 6 guest. House and Unit: Between 6-12 guest. {Unit is also available with house for guest up to 6 for additional cost. POA} Bond: $1000 max. Deposit 20% on booking Linen included - pillows, doonas & covers, sheets and extra blankets, even bathroom towels, tea towels etc Guests are required to tidy up after themselves and leave the house in reasonable clean and tidy state . Additional cleaning charge (may apply) $100 flat rate for house only or if unit is also used $130 flat rate. No Schoolies No Parties (noise) after midnight on weekends or after 10pm weekdays. Bond will not be refunded should we receive complaints from the neighbors. Any complaints must be notified in the first instance, immediately so that we can investigate the circumstances and take any necessary action. Perfect getaway with the family. Easy to communicate with and friendly to deal with owner and close to all amenities. My son and family loved it. Will definitely reccomend and hopefully will get to stay there again. Thanks once again 😊

Great property with everything you need for a beach getaway. The communication with the host was excellent and very prompt. The house is in a great location within a short drive to the beach and shops. A very secure backyard for the dog and plenty of space to run around in. Overall a great house and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I had a great night here with my teenage daughter and a group of her friends. Easy walk to the beach and shops and a very comfortable and affordable stay. I'd stay here again.

We had a lovely stay over Easter. The weather wasn’t great but that obviously is beyond everyone’s control. The house is very comfortable and convenient. The addition of the bungalow is excellent. Loved the close proximity of the off leash dog park. Good communication. Thanks!

Property was exactly as described, had everything that we needed, the garden and outdoors area was excellent, Kitchen and lounge had everything we needed. There was ample parking as we had 4 vehicles. Couldn't be happier with the place, thanks for hosting us for our 2 night stay. The earlier check in and later check out was great too.

House has space for several adults/ kids. easy parking for more than 1 car. Lovely drive up Red Hill. Clean modern. Split systems heat place up quickly. Remember there is another toilet outside.
