I stayed at the Art House with my whole extended family. It was a beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy our time away. The house was extremely comfortable and luxurious with tvs and air con in every room. An easy 10 minute walk to shops and beach. We did have a slight problem when a storm hit unexpectedly, but the staff were extremely responsive and had the problem sorted very quickly.

Can’t recommend this listing highly enough. Beautifully presented with quality furnishing including quality linen and towels. Everything provided. Big enough for everyone to find their own little get-away nook with an amazing kitchen/dining for everyone to come together. We had a great stay.

The Art House was lovely, spacious, very clean and plenty of amenities/facilities. We had a group of between 9-12 people and there was plenty of bedding options. We were given the option of complimentary early check in and check out which was a great bonus and very welcome

The house offered everything we required for our family of 8 adults & 5 young children. Central to the Mornington peninsula the house was convenient for us to easily access all the peninsula has to offer. The house is as photographed, presented very well & very clean. We would certainly stay here again

Great property for a large group, we had young children with us and they were able to go to bed without being disturbed by the rest of the group due to having access to the studio! Worthwhile addition to your booking if you expect some people will go to bed a lot earlier :)
