A great base to explore Pompeii

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I arrived at midday to drop my bags off and was allowed to check in early. The location was great and the room was comfortable.

The toilet seat in the girls room could use replacing!

Cheap for summer stay.

Staff is responsive and welcoming. Shower, toilet, and Rooms are clean and you're given a locker (some don't work though).

There is no heat and it was quite cold in the room (1℃ at night in Pompeii). No proper duvet, just a normal cover and sheet. Need to contact for check in, limited front desk hours.

did not enjoy my stay!

it was close to the pompei ruins

it was extremely cold to the point I had to sleep in my clothes and a jacket. some of the beds had dirty blankets. I was the only person staying in the hostel. there was no restaurant like it said in description. there was no one around at reception. when there was someone, they were there for a very short time in the morning and would talk extremely loud on the phone waking me up both mornings I stayed there. he was also smoking in the hostel which made it stink very bad. no toilet seats on the toilets. close to the road, walls we thin making it very loud due to vehicles passing. maybe it’s better in the summer but avoid at all costs in the winter months!

Good

amazing location just fee mins walk from the train station, but very good price, good stay to see Positano and Sorrento.

Unfortunately the female room is in the basement and I could smell it a bit, it’s close to the main road and there is no day light.

It is a great hostel and good deal for the price. Unfortunately the people i stayed with werent clean but that has nothing to do with the hostel.

Budget friendly

Cheap Stop is the name, cheap stop is the game. There was a microwave, kettle and fridge and a hairdryer, which was good for the price

The beds weren't so comfy and it was loud at night, as you could hear the traffic

Perfect hostel!

Very quiet, well maintained and clean hostel. The rooms are big and come with their private pathroom and shower, the kitchen is well equipped and the manager is very friendly. The hostel is very close to train station and the entrance to the Pompeii Ruins.

My sister & I stayed for only a night & impressed by the homely feel and warm interaction by Salvatore. He is very friendly & helpful! Definitely recommend to friends. As name suggests it is indeed a cheap stay but with a great feel. Tenzin & Phuntsog (The first Tibetan guests in Cheap Stay 🤪)

Nice place for your solo travel

Good location. The hostel is close to the train station and the main gate of the Archeological Park of Pompeii. Facilities are good, well maintained and the rooms are cleaned daily. The host is nice.

The bunk bed was not really stable so whenever the person from bed below moved, the bed shaked and had noice.

Friendly staff, good location, only 10 min from the station or from the ruins

The place wasn't clean, the bathroom and the toilet are inside the dormitory, what could make it uncomfortable to use in the night hours, I had to ask for the soap for the toilet, removable ladder for the upper bed, very dangerous to climb up

The staff is nice but location and bed :(

The staff was so friendly and polite. I came in late around 11 or 12 pm and I could not find the place so decided to chat with the property staff and they came to help me.

The bed was rotten which was making weird noises when others sleeping. Also, it seems a bit unsafe because of the location.
