The hotel is really closer to ruins and owner's was nice.
We booked room with balcony but our room was did not have one.

Simple, clean and close to the ruins
Not a B&B, we didn’t realise the address was different and it took us a long time to find it. Adolpho was pleasant but we were left to ourselves onve we were checked in.
We were the sole guests in the place!

Located at 10 minutes walking distance from the Pompeii Ruins, the bus stop for Mount Vesuvius and the train station. There was a great all-you-can-eat sushi bar and a passable café nearby (about a 5 min walk). There's a solarium but it's rather more like a terrace which is quite vast. The AC was quite good.
There were ants in the room. The sink was clogged up when we got there. It was very hard to get a hold of the owner. The water temperature in the shower had two sets either Arctic cold or hot Inferno. We wanted to store our luggage in the reception room but the owner wasn't ready to accommodate us even though we provided a time to pick back up our luggage because whenever he leaves (which is for most the day) the reception room is inaccessible.
