Great property, loved the view, plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area! Location is prime. Awesome amenities, & enjoyed the pool for December. I stayed here with my boyfriend and 3 year old for Christmas and we had a blast! The place could use some updates; mattresses, bed frames, kitchen fan and ceiling, paint ceiling, smart tv for bedroom. On our last day we went to the beach way before check out, came back and the code had changed before we could get any of our belongings out. I left my watch and phone in the room so I had no way of contacting our owners of the exact unit. Very frustrating and disappointing. My son had no shoes on, I had to pee, & the property manager at the sandy shores building was extremely rude. She claimed she did not have the owners contact information or itrips. Thankfully we had our rental car key and went down the road to itrips building but no one was there and all the lights were off. It was extremely frustrating as we had a flight to catch and no way of getting back in our room. We contacted itrips only to get a voicemail. Overall I think the property is great but there needs to be owner contact info at the sandy shores property management office (even though they state they’re not affiliated with them) in case of emergency, fire or lock out. I don’t believe the woman at the desk of Sandy shores property management was being truthful when she said she didn’t have Liz’s # or way of contact. We eventually got in hours later. Baffling.

Everything but the weather was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, well appointed with a beautiful view. Location couldn’t be better with John’s Pass directly across the street. Our bad luck with rainy cloudy weather all but the last day and a half of our week’s stay. Would love to stay again.

We loved it. It is right on the beach and within walking distance of everything you need. Lots of good restaurants really close and plenty of shopping areas.

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was nice. The only downside was we were next to the elevator which was very slow and people would wait and make lots of noise outside our door. Garbage shoot was close to our room too. Luckily we weren’t in our room too much.

My wife and I have stayed at multiple properties in the Treasure Island and Madeira Beach area and this was by far the best stay we have had. The condo is right on the beach next to John's Pass. The room itself was amazing, super spacious and a beautiful view of the ocean/beach from the balcony.
The host were very helpful and accommodating. Look foward to our next vacation at there at Madeira Baech.

The condo was great! Right on the beach. The 4th floor views were spectacular. The condo was larger than we expected. Full kitchen with everything you need. Everything you need for the beach is there - 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, lots of sand toys. The pool was wonderful. Pool man was there every morning to make sure all was good to go for the day. There are a dozen or so restaurants across the street. Several bars also. Publix is just a short drive up up the road. Treasure Island is just down the road. We had a great vacation and will be back!

We reserved and paid for a condo with 1 1/2 baths. We only had one bathroom. Disappointed! The condo was clean and great view! The property manager was a huge help with any questions or concerns.

All was great. Beautiful location to watch boats going out of Johns Pass, beautiful sunsets, walk straight across street to Johns Pass for dining and shopping. I have stayed at Sandy Shores many times and love it.Will do it again.

We absolutely loved staying here. The view/balcony was amazing, the location can’t be better. The place was clean and exactly as listed. I suggested mattress toppers or something for the beds. We brought a noise machine for the bedroom after reading previous reviews, which worked great. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property and awesome location! Tastefully decorated and what an amazing view of the Gulf! Everything you need and didn’t ask for was here. All the best sights and things to do! We had an amazing stay ! Beautiful sunsets, and views of the Gulf! Couldn’t beat either ! Location was amazing ! Once we arrived we didn’t drive anywhere ! Everything was within walking distance ! Only disappointment was the floors- they were not cleaned well, and couldn’t walk around bare foot. We look forward to hopefully coming back in 2024 !

You cannot beat the location of this condo! Oceanfront view from 4th floor balcony and directly across the street from John’s Pass. The condo itself was as described…it could definitely use a little TLC but no major issues at all.

Great location, amazing view from room 402 balcony. Love the high table and chairs and low dining set options on balcony. Clean inside and the kitchen has everything you need. Would suggest bringing noise machine for when you sleep at night as the room is right outside the elevator & trash chute and can get noisy. Only thing keeping me from leaving a 5 star rating is the mattresses and furniture were not comfortable. We had a question for the owners when we arrived about the parking pass and they were very quick to respond.

My husband and stayed here for the first time in November 2022. We have stayed at another condo in the area a few times but wanted to try this to compare. The building itself is a little older but this condo was clean and updated. The location to Johns Pass while being on the beach cannot be beat. I was able to communicate with ownership directly and they were great at trying to arrange an earlier check in when our flight came in. We are already hoping to rebook soon!

This day was so perfect because we were right on the beach and could just sit on the patio and watch the ocean or the Gulf of Mexico. I appreciate the fact that there’s just across the street from John’s Pass in a lot of things to do there. Will return hopefully

This property was perfect for us. We loved looking at the water from our balcony. We also enjoyed seeing the draw bridge go up and loved all the beautiful boats coming through the pass. The property was clean and very comfortable.

We stayed here august 2022. Place was really clean and all furnishings were in great condition. Even the counters in the kitchen were updated. Views were great! Pool was clean and very warm!!! Super nice! Easy parking. Only con is the noise as we could hear everything outside the condo. But that was only when we were sleeping…..which I know it’s best to have silence but for the price, location and cleanliness of the place, it can’t be beat. You can get over the noise as your spending most time outside on balcony or at beach. We would stay again!

This was a nice condo on the 4th floor. Great location, one of just a few units that are actually ocean front and is right across the street from Johns pass boardwalk. The water pressure in the shower is extremely low when the toilet had been flushed or a sink being used. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back again next year.

Location was perfect. Right across the street from John's pass. Views are amazing. Beach is perfect. Pool is clean. Only thing that I really had a problem with is the wait for the elevator was terrible and inside of the elevator smelled terrible. There is a code for the pool, elevator and your room. Remembering 3 different codes was frustrating. Overall experience was great. Just not the cleanest room I've stayed in.
