The condo can accommodate up to 4 people with a double/full bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom has privacy from the living area with an accordion style door that opens and closes for your privacy. The condo is nicely decorated in tropical decor and features a flat screen TV in the living room area. While, with the accordion door closed, you can have privacy, like a one bedroom, you may leave the accordion door open like a studio style villa. The condo has new living area furniture, lanai flooring and more! Please note: This is a privately owned condo and guest won't have to pay a resort fee. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas etc. it was hard to see the TV from anywhere other than the bed or one chair—could it be on a swing out arm? We love the Sun Dial so still had a wonderful time!

I enjoyed my stay once I got over the frustration of having a studio apartment and not a small cottage. It was clean, nice and very near the beach. I did above!

We felt the unit needs some updating. TV connection was sporadic. Porch view is of the next building. Floors were dirty, we called and they were cleaned that day. Sundial resort is great, we just wouldn't stay at this unit again.

I feel I was misled in the description of the place. I thought it was going to be a 1 bedroom with 1 bath. It really was a studio-meaning the bedroom was in the very tiny living room. Only one knife and very little kitchen utensils. Not nice sheets or enough towels.

This property is in desperate need of a complete renovation! Way overpriced for the outdated beat up unit. This is a STUDIO unit not a 1 br as listed The stove is rusty, the walls are patched not sanded the bathroom is moldy and the bed and pillows were horrible

This was the perfect location, it had everything you could possibly need, very clean well kept. The process to check in was very easy. Any time we messaged the owner with questions about arrival or check in he got back to us within minutes. Highly recommend this property.

The unit was very clean. Unit is dated, bathroom could use a redo. This unit has no view except the wall of the building next door. We enjoyed our stay. We had no contact with property manager or anyone else from Dream Vacations, thus one star just to complete the survey.

Great place to stay for beach vacation. The layout was a little odd having an accordion type wall for the bedroom and the TV could only really be watch from the bed. Didn’t bother us since we spent most of our time at the beach.

Please make check in easier. There was nothing about how to do so in the emails and I had 4 team members of the hotel trying to help me find the information on how to get a key. Other vacation rentals place the key in the lock box on site the morning of check in and it was unfortunate that we had to wait so long to go and get our key when the room was clearly ready.

It was obvious that the property has had some nice renovations made, but more do need to be completed. The biggest issue for us was that the air filter was literally packed with dust. In addition, the room had a musty odor. After we moved the bed to plug something in, the bed creaked loudly whenever we got into it.

Condo was quaint and semi comfortable for a short stay. There was no internet or cable TV for the entirety of our 3 day stay even after we had 2 staff members come check it out for us. Property manager was very responsive and did give us a partial refund for our troubles which we appreciated. The unit is not 150 yards from the beach. Its on the other side of a building. Close enough but not 150 yards. The picture of the screened in patio is made to look like the ocean is right outside the condo.

Unit hasn't been updated in years!! Everything was old and dingy. I would never recommend this unit to anyone. Note; only sleeps 4 by using pull out sofa and pulling an old wooden accordion screen across the room. Rent from the resort and you will have full access to all pools and beach chairs!

This unit met our needs to enjoy a stay on Sanibel Island. It was an unusual check-in process that was complicated by not receiving the email necessary in a timely fashion to see that we had to go off-site for the key. However, once that was taken care of we were all set. The unit was small but met our needs. The complex was very nice along with the pool and access to the beach.

Only problem-was balance due. Instructions specifically said a personal check and no credit card allowed. I sent a timely personal check and received confirmation of receipt immediately. Then I was also charged again for the balance due on my credit card. It was corrected by the rental company, but this should never have happened.

1st Trip to Sanibel

1st Trip to Sanibel

Had a great 1st trip to Sanibel Island!!! Check in was a bit hairy, arrived at 8:30 pm and package was not in the lock box. Contacted property manager and within 1/2 hour, we were in the condo. Property manager was very helpful in getting us into the condo in a timely fashion. Condo was really nice, just what I expected for as little time that was spent in their. Condo was clean, a bit dated in paint and caulking but very nice. Being the beach snob that I am, I always prefer to be located on the beach looking out from the condo, not looking at the side of another building, that was the only drawback, no water/beach view. Despite that, first trip that I did not spend all my time on the beach, spent it tooling around the islands doing different things, had a blast!!! Would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great week away in the sun, doing alot of different excursions on the islands. I would recommend this condo and Sanibel/Captiva Islands to anyone who wants to get away for a realxing vacation!!!
