The owner, Salvo couldnt do enough for me.
He contacted me personally the morning I flew out to Catania to check all was ok and when I had trouble locating the property, he came to meet me and take me there himself.
The check in was quick and informative and he even gave me some complimentary Oranges and Water.
He then put me in touch with a guide for Mount Etna and even gave me a lift to The Airport himself at the end of my stay. As a solo traveller who didnt know the area, this was invaluable.
All B&B owners should follow Salvo's example on how to make a guest feel welcome.
