Trains, buses & taxis are very close by, with easy access to the airport. We are 5 minutes from the motorway system (M74, junction 1A). The airport is 15 minutes by car and train station about 10 minutes. The SECC and Hydro are also about a 10 minute drive away and easily reached by public transport. It is a 12 minute walk to Bridge Street subway and this is the quickest way to travel around the city. Glasgow Central station takes around 20 minutes to walk. Glasgow University can be reached in 25 minutes on public transport and Strathclyde university is a 20 minute walk away. The Gorbals has undergone a total transformation, with modern apartments displaying metalwork sculptures by local artists at entrances and in the streets. There are lovely green spaces and the area is safe and quiet and mainly occupied by young professionals and families.
