Windows (room 102) were filthy and didn’t really keep sound out. Lots of facilities, but still very basic.
No staff on duty (24hr) - just told to call a number if any problems.

Perfectly situated for anything in the centre of Glasgow. Easy access to both Train stations
The en-suite bathroom was poorly designed.
The car park that was partnered with the apartments was closed. Which left us having to pay full price for parking.

The location was definitely the best thing about PREMIER SUITES PLUS Glasgow, very central and convenient for getting around, and there was plenty of space in the main living areas of the apartment.
Unfortunately, the rest was disappointing. Getting into the property with luggage was a mission as you have to negotiate around six or seven stairs before you even reach the lift. The rooms were very basic, plain and almost empty, and certainly didn’t look like the photos on the website or feel worth the price we paid. The staff were okay but generally not particularly helpful. We were also only given one towel per bedroom and, although we were told there were more in the wardrobes, we couldn’t find them. Surely it would have been easier just to put enough towels on the beds for the number of guests booked! We were only there for one night so it was fine for what we needed, but I certainly wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
