Perfect location and excellent accommodations! We enjoyed our stay in Market View and will definitely be back. The location is perfect in Market Square and the accommodations were roomy and clean. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location to enjoy knoxville

Staying here was a breeze. Apartment is in a great location, overnight parking is close and Market Square is right outside your window. Expect it to be a bit noisy, you're staying downtown afterall. The property owner ensures there are plenty of ear plugs scattered throughout the space! We got a laugh out of that!!

We had a great 2 day stay . The place was immaculate, the bed was comfortable. Their were snacks and drinks in the fridge. The locations was perfect for so many dinner choices. It was quiet at night for sleeping despite being on the town square.

We stayed for Tennesse Parent's Weekend. It's a great location so it's walking distance to many of the restaurants and bars in downtown Knoxville. Property is as described and is well furnished. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here during a conference at the convention center. The location is perfect for an easy walk to the center, restaurants, bars and shops. The parking garage is very close and affordable. Because it’s downtown, you have the typical city sounds, and the property is stocked with everything you need.

Great, safe location for weekend trip to see a Vols game.

The apartment was roomy and very clean. Great location surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues all within walking distance. Close driving distance to Smoky Mountain National Park. Parking garage was close and always had parking. There was some noise from the square that could be heard in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Air conditioning worked great and it was really nice to have a washer/ dryer in the unit.

Stayed here with my wife and son for his tour of UT Knoxville. The space was as advertised and perfect for our family.

This is a great central location on Market Sq, which is primarily restaurants and bars and a few shops. The place was just as listed, and perfect for 3 of us. It would be extremely crowded if you used the pull out sofa. The ear plugs worried us (although was very considerate to leave) but we had no problem with noise. Parking is a block away in a crowded deck, but we always found a place and it’s a little hard to find the first time, so keep your eyes open! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for all the little amenities (coffee, creamer, toiletries and extra linens!)

The property was a perfect location. Right in Market Square. Furniture was comfortable, which you don’t always find in rentals. If I had chosen to cook, the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. If we decide to visit Knoxville again, we will definitely check availability of this property.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a really comfortable apartment with 2 full bathrooms. It was the mid point of our vacation, we appreciated having laundry to get caught up on washing clothes. The location is excellent next to Market Square. We enjoyed the people watching, jazz concert on Tuesday and Farmers Market on Wednesday. The only issue we had was figuring out the parking situation. The parking garage is very close to the apartment. We loved Ruby Sunshine, the brunch restaurant across from the apartment. The food was delicious! We had to go back a second time before we left town.

The apt was awesome. Clean and fully equipped. It is a noisy location but that’s the price you pay for convenience. I parked my car on Friday and did not drive it again until I left on Monday. I recommend this apt!

Right on Market Square, there is so much to see and do within walking distance, from in-town festivals and great theatre opportunities, to excellent restaurants and bars, not to mention unique shops, boutiques, bakeries and to top it all an old fashion trolley! And you can hop a bus or take a short Uber ride to UT sporting events or to UT Clarence Brown theatre.

From beginning to end this rental was the best! There was enough room for all off us to fit comfortably, cleanliness, arrival gifts, and location was just perfect. Communication was also on point. If you are planning a trip to Knoxville, this is a MUST stay.

Great condo. Plenty of room, clean, great location, etc. Etc. Restaurants were all within walking distance, parking in the market street garage was very convenient. Short walk back to condo. Would definitely stay there again for a long weekend. Downtown knoxville is a great place to walk with plenty of boutiques, and like I said restaurants as well. It was perfect.

Awesome location, all restaurants/bars are walking distance, right downstairs. Very comfortable. Love that my coworker and I had our own bathrooms. Parking is convenient, it’s 1 block away in a parking garage.

Comfortable and roomy two bed/two bath apartment right on the Square. Easy to get to anything in Knoxville and with parking close by.

I loved the location. On Saturday there is a farmer's market within walking distant and the town is where we ate most of our meals. Very clean place and they left some treats to nibble on.

We absolutely loved our stay being from out of town and coming in visiting family just outside the city for thanksgiving. We are a young professional couple and enjoyed the apartment style, layout, location, etc. so much it had us reconsidering our current lifestyle and possibly having too much house and clutter. If/when we make the downsizing commitment, we will be looking for a new place to call home EXACTLY like this one.
