It was clean and interesting. Two seperate bedrooms. Beautiful building!
The key to front door was very difficult to open at times. The coffee pot did not seem to be working. The one tv didn’t work. It would have been really niceAlso,if they had some directions on how to use the TV remote to get it in English speaking as well. it would’ve been really nice if they had had some welcome waters in the refrigerator for your guest and maybe some snacks.

Spacious good apartment. ground floor which is great and easy. good value, very close to city center, walkable or use bus C right by.
clear explicit instructions, read thoroughly. make sure you choose the right apartment option for you, for instance 1 has a kitchen and 1 does not.

The location is perfect for exploring Bologna - in a quiet street, but turn left at the end and there the city is! Contact with the host via text messages was clear and friendly. It's nice to have a table in the kitchenette area, which is not set up for any serious cooking but has a little fridge, a kettle, coffee maker and microwave - all that I needed!
Although the apartment is fairly spacious, it has only one narrowish window (in the bedroom) overlooking the next building - so it feels a bit closed in. (Perhaps this should have been clear to me from the pictures, but I expected a bit of greenery! There IS a little - but out your door and down the drive and round to the front of the building.)

Breakfast was okay. There were choices of fresh prepared meat and vegetarian rolls , including pastries and yogurts left in the fridge the evening before for you.
Size of the 2 Bedrooms both large .
Having to wash up in the bathroom .
I was under the impression there were 2 toilets when searching .booking.com. ,as it read an en-suite bathroom. This was an important choice for us. Unfortunately there was only one ..
4 Guests ( 2 Families ) booked in, only plates for 3 . It wasn't a case of we didn't like , just made us smile.
