How close to the beach it was.

The master bedroom bed had one side that sunk in one side that was hard as a rock. The curtains in the master bedroom were almost completely broken. Some of the dishes weren't clean but still in the cabinets. The apartment itself was hard to get into the keys didn't really wanna work.

over all we really enjoyed it and had a wonderful weekend thank you

the balcony and the master bedroom was amazing that’s the two spots I stayed at most of the time. we really enjoyed the tennis courts, basketball goal, and the workout area. we all had a grand time on our trip thank you

I stayed in the master bedroom and the only thing I didn’t like is I seen the Xbox in each room and I went to try the one out in my room and there wasn’t even a power cord on it and the tv barely had any good Channels to watch.

Facility and everything was awesome.

Check out time could be a little later than 10a.m. maybe lunch and mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced but still comfortable.

The apartment was very cute and cozy. They have a beautiful lake and very nice pool. Check in and check out was about the easiest and fastest I've experienced.

Dated but sufficient for a weekend

The unit was very clean. No dust or anything dirty. The kitchen was well equipped: pots, pans, measuring cups and spoons, knives, many eating utensils. If we'd been staying longer, we would have had what we needed to really cook meals there. Had dish soap, which I was glad for since I forgot to pack it. Plenty of extra paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels. The beds were comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom is a king, even though it was advertised as a queen. There was enough room in the master bedroom for our pack and play. There actually was a pack and play but we hadn't known. There was a dresser in the master that we were able to use as a changing table. The a/c worked well for us; we were comfortable with thermostat at 74 with outdoor temps in the high 80s. The internet connection was strong, there were TVs in each room (3); must be good for rainy days. We didn't use it, but it was nice that the complex had a pool.It was great that the unit is walking distance to restaurants. We were really glad we'd walked because parking and then attempting to leave looked like it would have been a nightmare. One mile from the nearest beach entry, but we went to the east beach on 1st St about 1.5 mi away because that beach entrance has bathrooms and showers.

The unit generally is dated. The carpet looks very old and worn and gives the unit a feeling of being dirty, whereas everything was actually quite clean. The kitchen table being on a carpeted surface was problematic with a 1 year old, especially because there was no vacuum. Could also use a coat of paint. One of my girls didn't like the taste of the tap water but the rest of us thought it was fine. The master bathroom toilet struggled to flush. The master bedroom is quite bright at night because the blinds aren't light blocking; knockout curtains instead of sheers would be helpful.
