Very cosy holiday rental with lovely, inspiring interior and a spacious terrace to sit on 😍 we always bring items such as soap, washing up liquid, loo rolls, small water bottles for day trips etc to holiday rentals but everything was provided, lovely! It's a 10 minutes walk to the station Amsterdam Noord from where you only drive two stations to Central 🎉. Price was great (while any other stay in Amsterdam seemed to be unaffordable:D) Thanks a lot, we felt really good in your home. :) We can definitely recommend the place and would definitely come back. =)

Superb

Very good and comfortable room. One of the best beds I've ever slept in. Pretty friendly owner, nice and quiet block.

I absolutely loved this apartment it had everything we needed and was beautiful to look at too.

The room was absolutely beautiful and getting to the apartment was so easy. This has definitely been my favorite place I have stayed in while traveling, while it had everything we needed it was also such a beautiful room to look at too.

I have nothing negative to say about this property, if traveling to Amsterdam again, I will 10/10 try to stay again.

Exceptional

Very nice apartment, exceptionally well presented.Close to transport with bus stop out the front and only two stops to train station route 52.There is a shopping centre less than ten minute walk.

Exceptional

The room is big, comfortable, clean and the kitchen has everything that I need. Besides, the staff are very friendly and kind.

The location is not good, it is around 15 minutes by walking from the nearest metro station witch is around 20 minutes or more from the main touristic points.

Fabulous - very close to the city centre and extremely affordable

Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon, great location, only a nice short walk to the metro which took you into town in 10 minutes. Loved every minute of staying there. The host was lovely too. :)

For a double room, we were expecting 1x double blanket instead of 2x single blankets, but that is hardly even worth mentioning. The place was great

Lovely room

Everything was lovely! Frans and Ellen were very helpful and polite. The room is very nice and the location is great, only a 20 min journey to the centre.

Unfortunately the guests before us had smoked inside the room (there were signs saying otherwise) and the smell was still quite strong. Frans spent 2 days trying to get rid of the smell before we arrived, but we all know what cigarette smell is like. That was the only downside of our stay at Frans and Ellen's place through no fault of their own though.

This is the best room and the best homeowner I think!

Everything of this room is perfect. Walk for three minutes to the bus station, take two bus stops to the subway station, and take two subway stops to reach the central station. The room had everything the owner prepared, hair dryer, oven, shower gel, tea, coffee, water glass and even Frans allowed us to check in early and use the washing machine under his guidance. We are pleasantly surprised for a few days stay! Recommend this room to all my friends visiting Amsterdam!

good choice for a short stay

+ quiet neighborhood + comfortable bed (2 single) + good connection to center (+/- 25 min) + near shops (Lidl, Jambo) even McDonald + more then 1 towels + big shower + express with coffee + stable internet connection + nice design

- no place to boil / fry, only microwave - dirty dishes have to washed in toilet sink - loud climatization when set to heat (+23) - no electric contact near table - thin walls (heard right when someone walk next to room)

An amazing place to stay in Amsterdam

The bedrooms are Better than in photo, the rooms are clean and well furnished. The position is great: you can arrive in 15 minutes of walk to the metro or take the bus near the apartment. I strongly recommend it

Great place, room and host

A very reasonable price. A lovely and quiet neighbourhood. A shopping center about 1km away to get everything you need. Only about 20 minutes away from Centraal Station, either by taking a bike and then the ferry or walking about 15 minutes to the tram station and taking the tram for 2 stops. Frans is a very nice host. He gave us two bikes to ride around with. The room was nice and had everything we needed. We will come back soon!

Not much to say here, maybe the pillows a bit too slim.

Great

Apartment is great. All new. With great kitchen and outside garden with table and chairs to rest. Owner gave us bicicle to drive to center. In apartmen you have social games to play, microvave, fridge.... ALL!!! 10/10!!

Exceptional

Super. A very nice host greeted us right after our arrival. Smiling, he showed the room, bathroom and a small information book about Amsterdam. Room and bathroom very clean, fresh linen, basic set of utensils. We rented bikes on Sunday to explore Amsterdam, but the rental shop closed quickly and the host rushed to help by storing the bikes. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely use accommodation when we come back. Thank you very much, Tomek and Marta

Very stylish, cosy and comfortable, quiet location, feels like your own place

Distance from centre (but this is amazing value for money for an out of centre place) I would expect to pay a lot more if a place as nice as this was in the centre
