Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $492 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to our angle oceanfront three-bedroom condo at the Dunes Village Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina! Our condo is located in the Palmetto Tower (the northern of the two buildings). This is a luxury penthouse unit on the 14th floor with views of the ocean and beach. Being on the top floor and facing south, you will be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets and bathe in the afternoon sunlight. This unit is an angle oceanfront three-bedroom condo. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a view of the ocean and direct access to the balcony. The other bedrooms each have two queen-size beds. The condo has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a living area and a dining area. There are two spacious bathrooms, one en-suite with the master bedroom. The master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub/shower and a double vanity. The living area has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The unit also includes free wireless internet access, televisions in the living room and in each of the bedrooms, and a full-size washer & dryer. The rental includes bed linens and towels. In addition, we also provide four beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart as well as a pack n play! We own three other condos at Dunes Village: Unit 603 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #284206 - HomeAway #275200) Unit 709 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #220702 - HomeAway #227866) Unit 909 - 1 bedroom condo (VRBO #334273 - HomeAway #356763) ABOUT THE RESORT: Dunes Village Resort is located in the northern section of Myrtle Beach on the South Carolinian coast. The Dunes Village Resort consists of two buildings which, combined, include an impressive indoor water park complex. The water parks cover approximately 30,000 square feet of an array of water park attractions, including Myrtle Beach's first adult-sized indoor waterslides, kiddies wet deck and play pools offering a selection of games and slides, a 250 foot long lazy river ride, a massive swimming pool with water volleyball and basketball, and a variety of hot tubs. *Please note that during the off-season, the resort does annual maintenance to the amenities. There will always be at least one of the two water-parks open during this time* ABOUT MYRTLE BEACH: Myrtle Beach is located on the Atlantic Coast in South Carolina. The temperature ranges from an average high in January of mid to high 50s to an average high in July of high 80s to low 90s. The spring and fall, excellent seasons for golfing, have an average temperatures of mid 70s.

There were six of us. Three bedrooms and two baths were perfect. Love the balcony and all of the necessities are provided. We weren't at the condo very much, since the granddaughter was playing in the Winter Bump volleyball tournament. But the location was convenient to the sports complex, restaurants, etc. The amenities at Dunes are great for families, gross of friends etc, especially for kids, with the waterpark and group games. Elevator service was fabulous! Fast, clean, efficient and large enough for luggage racks and multiple people. Will consider returning with another family group at another time

- Condo was clean (a different cleaning person cleans unit vs what is leveraged by the resort). My family stayed at the resort condos and although nice, it was dirty. This condo through VBRO was a smarter option for cleanliness! I can not express how clean it felt!
- We didn't use all bedrooms as all 3 kids loved sleeping in the living space
- Restaurants in the area were rather amazing! (Ciao , Hook and Barrel)
- Kids loved Sugar Life closeby and Boardwalk at the Beach (Sugar candy store and made wax hands)
- Kids also enjoyed miniature golf
- It was high 50's when we went after Christmas and we enjoyed walks on the beach, meeting locals walking their dogs and shelling.
- We felt safe here, walking around, parking in the garage
- Marian was available for any questions we had
- Unit is well stocked, I had brought paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and dish soap and it was innthe condo, which I so appreciated! I know this is a hot topic within VBROs and this condo nailed it!
Would we go back? Yes absolutely! We love Myrtle Beach and would love to stay at this specific condo in the future.

This was perfect for our family. We have two girls that enjoyed spending time at the water park and taking the short walk to the beach to play in the sand. Everything was convenient and I liked the gated parking garage that was included with the stay.

We needed to stay only one night and accommodate a large group, place was perfect for that. Great communication once secured rental, quick to reply. Place was great as was amenities able to have access too, including indoor water park, games. First experience with VRBO also and will definitely use again due to this stay.

Couldn't be more pleased! There were items we could have used for the beach although we brought our own wonderful option to have. We brought beach towels but didn't need any. They supplied towels for the room and walking back from the beach or water park we were able to use towels from the water park to dry off quickly. Short drive to grocery stores so we didn't have to worry about going out anywhere and enjoyed our stay at the village and beach. I will be posting business cards locally.

I choose this spot for my family of 8 and we had a blast. The beach was a couple steps away. Activities outside of the resort were 5-10 minutes. Everyone slept in their own beds. It was a great experience. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed in this unit for the 4th of July week. The unit was in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable, the side view of the ocean was good as well as the view of the lazy river below. The hotel was clean. The elevators were fast, which was a plus since you are on the 14th floor. You have access to the amenities at both towers. The tower we were at had smaller slides for smaller kids. The other tower had larger and faster slides for older kids. One lazy river is lengthy and indoors. The other is smaller and outside. Our room came with beach chairs and an umbrella. Kid toys such as footballs and beach toys. Ice maker right outside the door. The parking, although is across the street, was excellent in that you always had parking. Some hotels you have to stress about finding a place to park, not here. The communications with the owners was excellent and fast. We would l highly recommend this 14th floor 3 bedroom unit. We will be back.

We had a great time at this property. I have 3 children who loved the water park. It was a little cool to swim on the beach but there was plenty to do. Location was good. Just a few blocks from a grocery store and lots of restaurants. Also centrally located between the boardwalk and all the other tourist attractions. The only thing I found difficult was parking in the parking ramp with a larger SUV, it was pretty tight but it was manageable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a great find! The property owners were super communicative when we accidentally made an error in booking and helped us correct it without issue. The location is very close to everything but without being too crowded. The condo was clean and comfortable. The building had access to two water parks for kids, restaurants, a sundries store and a fitness room with up to date equipment. There was a lot for our kids to do, with ping pong tables and pool tables downstairs, the beach out front with a sand volleyball court, a playground and cornhole. We were there during Spring break so it was a little to cold to get in the ocean but the sand was gorgeous and there were a lot of shells to collect. I can imagine that during busy season it *could* get busy in the water parks but it was just fine when we were there. There was covered parking right across the street and the checking process was pretty easy. I would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family!

Great view, and enough room for 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5, 2, 1 and 8 months). Appliances are a bit outdated but once we got used to them, it wasn’t a vacation ruiner.
Property owners are wonderful! We forgot a toy bin and they found it and mailed it to us within 2 days.
Beach is right outside the door which the kids loved. Water park was also a hit.

Very clean, and very thoughtful property manager. Even had a rollie cart with toys, chairs, an umbrella. And I found the instruction manual left on the table to read extremely helpful. I will be staying again. I loved everything about it.
